FacebookThe team at The Property Hive have been brilliant from start to finish as always. This time we were letting a property for the first time with them.
Previously we’ve managed the process ourselves but with all the legislation involved now we thought it best to let a professional Estate Agent manage the process and advise on everything that needed to be in place.
The Property Hive and Steph were there for us every step of the way from valuation to property let. All completed in just 7 days.
The Property Hive do the photos, marketing, viewings and then the credit checks, referencing and right to rent. They will also ensure the EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Condition Report are all done if required.
We were notified of the viewings and the people who were interested. Once the viewings were completed we then had a discussion around the best candidates with the ultimate decision being ours (Steph’s advice was valuable)
All in all a great service from a great team!

FacebookFinding a new home, when you live in a town over a hundred miles away, would be a challenging proposition under any circumstances. To do so during the height of a global pandemic, during a national lockdown made the task even harder. Having a limited amount time to find a house, we literally had one day to view as many properties in Doncaster as we could. It is safe to say, we had the opportunity of sampling almost every estate agent in Doncaster during this six hour marathon. I can categorically attest, that The Property Hive came out on top in every aspect of the services they offered. Sylvia, Chloe, Michelle and all the staff at The Property Hive offered a friendly and extremely professional service, which simply wasn’t provided by any other estate agency in Doncaster. Their commitment to providing an excellent service and attention to detail was exceptional. I can recommend The Property Hive without reservation, and in my experience, nominate them as the best estate agent in Doncaster.

FacebookOk so we didn’t get off to the best start. We were purchasing a property they were advertising. Looking back, and we have only just moved in yesterday, they have actually been really helpful all throughout the process. Right at the end it was almost half hourly phone calls and emails to keep each other updated as our solicitor decided to hold things up at the last second and decided to exchange contracts on the day off completion!! Not the day before as we previously were led to believe by our solicitor. They kept us informed, polite on the phone, just nice people. We couldn’t use them for selling our previous home as we were from out of area but yeh, I would have used them! I genuinely do believe they did their very best to try and make a very very stressful situation, complicated by solicitors not communicating with each other, as stress free as they possibly could. At the end of the day they are the middle man, they can’t hurry up solicitors, there is only so much they can do once a price has been agreed!
As much as they have been wonderful and would fully recommend them.... I’m never moving again!!!

FacebookMichelle has been amazing, from us 1st ringing to view the property to securing the property. Michelle went above and beyond our expectations as a buyer and we had better service with the property hive as a buyer than we did with our own estate agency when selling our home to move on. Could not recommend the team enough from Arthur that showed us round the home to some of the girls that took call backs for Michelle to ring us back.
Amazing, professional, polite, welcoming! 5 star!!!

FacebookHighly recommend the property hive. They were very professional and helpful with quick responses and nothing was too much trouble.
From start to end the customer service was excellent. Friendly, professionally and helped with constant updates and advice, good and honest feedback from viewings, once a sale was agreed they supported progressing the sale through with buyers and solicitors. Always prompt responses each time I emailed which helped keep me informed and put at ease. A big well done and thank you to the team, especially Chloe Frost who was amazing. I would definitely use the property hive again. Thank you guys 🏡🐝
