FacebookI would recommend anyone wanting to purchase or sell a house to strongly consider The Property Hive. We were always kept informed how things were progressing and the purchase was very easy and straight forward. All the office staff are very friendly but a special mention has to go to Shannan who is very friendly, always replies to emails and follows up phone conversations really quickly. A good experience all round with nothing negative to say!!!!

FacebookSelling agents are often accused of sitting pretty between interested parties waiting to collect their cut... Not my experience with the property hive. They stayed engaged throughout the whole process from marketing through to completion, even if there was little to report they stayed proactively in touch. I can recommend them without hesitation

FacebookWe have used the Property Hive to sell my mother's house in Doncaster. I envisaged problems given I am based in London but in fact the opposite was true. Having met Sylvia when we first put the property up for sale, we have been extremely well looked after by the delightful Shannan who has been enormously helpful in terms of promoting and keeping the deal moving forward. Thank you is not enough, would recommend you guys to anyone. Cheers

FacebookWe've just purchased a house that was marketed with The Property Hive, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, no issues whatsoever. I could always get hold of them easily and they have always called me back when needed, the only improvement would be to make evening and weekend viewings possible through estate agent staff, though we also had no trouble getting viewings arranged with the vendor at times to suit. Great service, would recommend.

They have constantly stayed in touch throughout the process and towards the end did everything they could to make sure the stress was taken out of our hands. Thanks for all you've done.

FacebookMy son wanted an appointment to view a house. Due to work he could visit after 4.30 or Saturday and the first appointment they had was just under 3 weeks away! Today is the day and someone rings to tell me they can't do it,someone is ill. When I tell her Politely that I don't think their service is very good and I certainly wouldn't use then to sell my house she asked "why" I started to tell her but she put the phone down!! Absolutely disgusted and feel sorry for the people trying to sell their house which has been up for sale for 6 months !!
