GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a company, left without central heating for 6 months as a family with 2 young children, given a fan heater to heat a 4 bedroom house, collected full rent regardless of a falsley advertised house no gas check was done both the heating and gas fire had been condemed for years and they just pushed the tags out of site on our viewing. Avoid at all costs.

I have contacted and worked with a number of estate agents in the past, who have been unprofessional and disorganised. This was not the case with the staff at Property Hive, as they are all friendly, knowledgable and easy to contact. During the last sale Rosie was my main port of contact and she was excellent throughout. Thank you all once a again.

GoogleI knew it was going to be difficult to value our house it was very old attractive with extra accommodation in a barn but with two ancient rights of way. The brochure photos and video were fantastic and soon we had loads of viewings. Unfortunately most buyers had been watching "Escape to the Country" and were not prepared for the realities of an old house' one even objected to the sound of the church bells. I was ready for admission to the psyche block despite a lot of support from Rosie. After a meeting with Lorraine we decided to reduce the price and Lorraine and her team would take over everything I would not even meet the buyers until all was completed. We started with an open afternoon where ten couples attended five made viable offers and Lorraine chose a couple who not only offered above the new asking price but in her opinion would not mess me about. Lorraine was right from then on we proceeded at a solicitors pace (slowly but surely). I am a volatile personality prone to despair and throughout the experience the Hive Team were there calming me down, being realistic and above all giving me hope. Today after 7 months (including solicitor time) I said goodbye to them all and do you know what I was sad ......but not sad enough to do it again'.....but if I had to it would be with the Hive Team

Rosie was particularly helpful throughout the whole process, and I really want to thank her for her hard work, I would sell through them in a heart beat!

GoogleIf you are serious about selling, what do you want? Proactive, friendly, approachable staff; timely feedback following viewings; regular contact when things go quiet and most importantly knowing you can talk to someone and get an answer to your query. That's why I changed agents and instructed the Property Hive to sell my house. RESULT. I also bought a house they were selling, again a totally positive experience. All my little questions and queries regarding my purchase were answered quickly. I benefitted from their wealth of experience and knowledge as well as their ability to act as go between with the other parties solicitors, something that was so beneficial in ensuring effective and up to date communication. You may be able to do it cheaper but having confidence in the Property Hive and getting answers to important questions takes some of the stress out of the house selling and buying process. Many thanks to Rosie and Shannon who kept me well informed in the selling process and to Lorraine who brought everything together and chased up solicitors.

GoogleUse caution - Property Hive made no effort to value our property just asked us how much we were hoping to get (we said £110000) and they agreed with that with no other comment or input. Suspicious, we asked another estate agent who valued it at £130000 and after listing out house with them we managed to sell within a month for full asking price. Seems they were only interested in a quick sale and their fee - would not recommend.

GoogleUsed them to sell my house in Rossington, Had around 10 viewing and 9 I had to do myself as they were always to busy to attend. didn't get feedback from most of them and when you rang Hive they just said we cant get hold of the them to find out. When I (not them as i did all the viewings) finally sold it was going to ask them for my bonus from doing the viewing that finally sold the house after nearly 12 months. Pictures taken were rubbish and were at an angle so they cant hold a camera straight! and over valued the property just to get the business. Now they let the house next door to my new one, and the nightmare continues! fence panel blew down in the recent strong winds, contacted hive said they would fix it, called 1 week later no one knew about the call, called another week later and they are waiting for a fencing company to give a quote on it. so been 4 weeks now just to get a fence panel put back into its concrete posts absolute joke. Wouldn't recommend or use them again.

FacebookWe changed to The Property Hive to sell our bungalow and were very glad we did. It took quite a while to sell as it was quite an unusual house but Sylvia got us plenty of viewings and we sold in December. We were in a long chain but they pushed it along and kept us informed all the way. Sylvia, Lorraine, Shannon and all the team were fantastic. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you all. X
