GoogleProperty Hive Estate Agents in Bessacarr, Doncaster have just sold our late Dad's house; I interviewed x5 Estate agents but decided to go with Hive because firstly they exuded great passion and enthusiasm for selling houses, they genuinely really liked the period property, they are modern, upbeat and with it and had the best knowledge of the local area out of all the agents! Gave us a fair selling valuation and realistic time frame, pulled out all the stops to help me get the property on the market just before Christmas, enjoyed showing the clients around again with genuine enthusiasm for the property, kept regular updates with me throughout the process and great advice when we had some offers, guiding me through the stressful details! Their office has a true 'buzz' about it - when I went in just a week or so before Christmas on the Saturday morning they had sold a house the night before and earlier that morning, then had calls from potential clients as far a field as the South West, all the staff are upbeat and lively, they're web site is vibrant, modern and easy to use - the bee logo very memorable. I would recommend Property Hive to assist you in selling your property any time that's why I've given them x5 stars!! From a Very happy client.

GoogleI had a good experience letting a 4 bedroom from The Hive property. Helen, my agent, was competent and was quick to understand my needs and wants for a rental. Unlike other agents she only took me to house that I was interested in. I mentioned to Helen that speed was a priority to me and she was able to get me through the application process and into the property in less than a day. The service was professional and The Hive Property/Helen was quick to respond to emails/calls. Needless to say I will use them again

GoogleFantastic service. It’s really hard to describe how great the team at the Property Hive were. Sylvia advised me and explained everything to me clearly and in a friendly way. She is a really wonderful person, she goes all out to help and answer your questions. I can’t praise her enough. In fact everyone I dealt with were amazing, professional and well trained and still really nice friendly people you can get along with. As for my sale - well what can I say, my house sold on the first day, and despite my own doubts the Property Hive got me a top price. Far more than I anticipated and that extra money was way more than the fees involved so it was a win win for me. Yay! The staff kept in touch every week so I didn’t feel things were happening that I couldn’t keep up with. They answered all my questions and I really would use them and nobody else for all future property dealings. I’d give six blooming stars if I could! They are fabulous. It wasn’t the easiest of sales due to a number of reasons but we couldn’t have done without them. I would certainly recommend The Property Hive to any perspective buyer or seller as a result of their customer service which is friendly but professional at all times but more importantly their ability to get the achieved sale and progress it through to completion. Helpful, keep in contact without being pushy, send property alerts, do what they say they will, get back to you on the phone promptly. Overall, an extremely efficient team in general, special mention and thanks to Jamie and Michelle in particular with whom I dealt with most of the time I was looking for a property. They have helped constantly and reliably. If you are wondering which estate agency to use, Hive is one of the best in Doncaster for customer service, respect of the customer, reliable support to potential buyers. GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. From the moment the valuer Sylvia came to visit my property i knew this was the company for me. A local, family run business with fantastic knowledge of the area and she offered great advice on how to sell my home. The 3d Virtual Tour is a great selling tool and showed our home off really well. So much so that it sold within one day of being on the market for the full asking price. Lorraine and her team made sure i received regular updates throughout my sale and helped with the purchase of my new property. Fantastic customer service and highly recommended, thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble. We are convinced that the 3D Tour (professionally produced by Nick) helped prospective buyers to view our home. They kept us informed at all times and ensured that the sale moved smoothly, even recommending a removal firm, who were very efficient and reasonably priced, whom we would recommend also. Sylvia was very thorough in how the whole process works and was very happy and bubbly which made the whole hour very pleasant with her. Amazing service so far as we got a virtual tour booked in for the following morning and the results are fantastic!

FacebookAmazing service, I believe the property hive were pretty much instrumental in making our move happen! We viewed a home we loved which was being marketed by property hive, (more out of curiosity) and didn’t even have ours on the market. We were working to a very tight time scale so didn’t believe the house we wanted was in our sights at all. The property hive managed to value, photograph, virtual tour, market and sell within days and now here we are in our dream home! All the staff were clearly very committed and very adept at forging and maintaining relationships with their clients, making negotiations, progress enquiries etc a breeze. We did consider saving a few bob by trying to do this ourselves, we’re so glad we didn’t. Minimal stress, smooth transition. We were so glad to have them on our team!

Given what a stressful experience it can be with property transactions, I gotta say that all the ladies in the office (who by the way were not acting for me) were exceptional in their customer service and could not have been more helpful from start to finish.
