GoogleI can not recommend highly enough! I had 22 viewers and 8 offers in 3 weeks. From initial marketing to actual completion of the sale it was 9 weeks. What can I say??? All the staff at this family business are proactive, know their customers and above all care. Special thanks though to Lorraine, Sarah, Ben, Sylvia and Kelly for their professionalism and support when it all got crazy though in a good way of course! Local knowledge of the area and market cannot be underestimated. Combine this with a genuine understanding and liking of people and you have a fantastic business model. Hive deserve their success and long may it continue!

GoogleThe Property Hive have been an absolute delight to deal with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new property. All of the staff in the company have provided a really personal, tailored service to my whole family. They keep you up to date with all relevant information in the chain, so that the process of moving is a more enjoyable relaxed process. I have had experience of other estate agents in Doncaster, and they don’t even come close to the service and value that you get from The Property Hive. They are a company that is very professional and have a great community spirit (whenever you pass their office, a hello and catch up is most welcome). I would defiantly use The Property Hive again and would whole heartedly recommend everyone to use them.

GoogleOutstanding service. When I heard that my friends house had sold in 3 days, I didn't think it would be as successful for me. But, from the moment I signed on with Sylvia and the team, I have nothing but positive comments to make. All in the office made me feel welcome. Signed the contract on a Friday lunchtime, had 3 viewings booked in by the end of the day! By the end of the following day, I had received an offer! Every time they contact me or I contact them, its positivity and professionalism combined. I cannot honestly recommend them highly enough

They have a dedicated member of the team who chases up on the contracts at the solicitors which helps the transition of becoming a home owner even quicker. They recommended a local solicitor who turned out to be amazing and they worked well as a team to achieve a good outcome for all. The ladies in the office where always available for a conversation about any queries we had. I would recommend using The Property Hive.

The whole team are doing everything they can to sell the house, sending information out to people, follow ups, viewing, calling us with regular updates. GoogleWe had previously bought a bungalow via The Property Hive and they had been great at keeping us up to date on progress, so when it came to selling our family home they were the obvious choice. The service Sylvia and the team gave was great. Sylvia herself was so friendly and enthusiastic about the house and already knew a number of potential buyers. In fact, the brochure was only signed off at lunchtime on Saturday, the first viewers came at 3.30pm the same afternoon and we had accepted an asking price offer by 4.30pm. The fastest sale we could have possibly hoped for. We could not recommend Sylvia and The Property Hive team highly enough.

FacebookWhen my sister and I decided to sell our late parents’ bungalow we consulted four different estate agents and out of all of them we found Sylvia to be the most personable , professional and passionate in her job. She was not only empathetic to our situation ( unlike one of the large corporate agents who said we had to remove our late parents’ “clutter” before photos were taken!!!!!😡), but she showed a finger on the pulse of the local property market and what was happening and what local property was worth.
