GoogleWe have decided to market our property with The Property Hive because: - they are a family run local business; - everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and came across as both enthusiastic and knowledgeable; - they have offices in the local area; - Suzannah kindly organised a valuation by Sylvia at short-notice; - Sylvia explained the process well, provided useful insights into the local property market, suggested ways in which to present the property, explained the virtual tour they provide, confirmed there would be accompanied viewings and then followed up quickly where needed. I will post another review later in the selling process! Fingers crossed!

FacebookThe Property Hive Team are fabulous and very professional. They are a step up from other agents in the area and offer a flat fee rather than % which makes a huge difference to all the costs of moving. The technology they use for advertising your property is fantastic and it feels like you are physically in the property and give you a complete tour of the house without having to be there. This is perfect for prospective buyers living long distances. Thanks Sylvia for an amazing service, I would definitely recommend The Property Hive. Thank you!
