GoogleThis agency is far the best I have ever rented from. Absolutely amazing team, very customer oriented and looking after their tenants. We were with them for 7 years before the property we lived in was sold to other owner. If I ever need to rent again I’ll be sure to check their property list first! Very much recommend, great people.

GoogleI highly recommend The Property Cloud. Their approach is innovative and refreshing. The relaxed demeanour and presentation of the agent made the whole process less “sales pitch” orientated unlike other estate agents we sought quotes from. The Property Cloud felt more customer focussed. They started a group WhatsApp chat which they used frequently to keep us updated. I would highly recommend them.

GooglePC completely refresh the image of estate agents ! Sharp, focussed, modern and professional. Oh - and they support you throughout the sale or purchase process. In the beginning It was weird for me to text to ask for help but in the end I was motivated to try my luck. Aaron is a skilled and professional in answering the questions. He is explains in the simple words and give advices of the best option you can choose. His advices helped me to make our choice and to see that we can deal with the situation if we are more opened to share about use to a potential landlord. It was a great communication and I can not thank him enough for the support and advices received. Aaron delivered on all fronts, from valuation to marketing to sold in 4 days with multiple offers on the table - a few exceeding the asking price. Exceptional work! Throughout the process Aaron has kept both us and our buyer up to date and has always been at the end of the phone when we’ve needed him. GoogleExceptional, first class service provided by Aaron and the team at Property Cloud. What Aaron said he would deliver, he did - every time. There are no negatives, just positives. Moving home is extremely stressful, we had many hiccups, however we had every confidence in Aaron who responded to every question promptly, chased others (estate agents, solicitors, etc.) providing timely updates, remaining professional but also friendly, without exception. We was in a fairly unique situation of selling and buying via Property Cloud. We had great marketing material and the process was aided by use of group WhatsApp which we all used regularly, being on the same page at the same time. GoogleExceptional service in every way. I bought my rental property through Aaron and was so impressed with the service that I asked them to rent it out for me. Pam has been absolutely brilliant from the start. She has great knowledge of the market/contract negotiations etc. I have found her experience and advice invaluable. GoogleI can't recommend The Property Cloud enough. From the start the team were proactive, helpful, patient and extremely responsive, even outside normal working hours. My flat sale turned out to be a lot longer and more complicated than any of us expected, but when things went wrong Aaron and Amy stepped up to help find a solution, which is ultimately what got the sale over the line. Fantastic service and much appreciated!

GoogleThis was my first experience of selling a property and I was extremely impressed by Aaron, Amy and the rest of the team. I initially consulted with a number of estate agents for valuations and found the property cloud to be the best in terms of their presentation, information provided and sales strategy. Everything was explained clearly and the information pack provided was extremely detailed. It had a very nice personal touch which was lacking from other estate agents. I was also very impressed with the presentation of the property during the sales process. In particular the use of YouTube to advertise the property which really did bring the property and the surroundings area to life. The viewings process went extremely smoothly and I greatly appreciated the level of vetting that was carried out on potential buyers in order for me to make an informed decision. It was clear from the outset and throughout that the property cloud want to get the perfect buyer for your circumstances. I also appreciated that the circumstances of each potential buyer were explained clearly. I was also very impressed with the assistance provided by the property cloud once the sale was agreed. They were always available on WhatsApp and did everything in their power to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. I felt the use of WhatsApp also opened a clear channel of communication between seller and buyer ensuring all parties knew what stage the sale was at and what was subsequently needed to push things forward. I could not recommend them any higher. They were excellent

Property Cloud will offer you honest advice, great marketing and first class communication both pre and post sale. GoogleMe and my partner Recently purchased our first home through The property Cloud and cannot thank the team enough. They were honest, and trustworthy and made sure our purchase went through smoothly, the asking price was spot on( as our mortgage provider valued at the exact price agreed) so there was no last minute panicking. Amy our agent was always available to take our calls and deal with any enquiries asap whilst being so friendly, I would 10000000% recommend using The Property Cloud for either a purchase or sale as there knowledge, honestly and personal touches are so hard to find Thank you to Amy and Aaron for making our dream come to reality 🤗

GoogleI was sceptical about using an online estate agent but must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with property cloud. Having met Aaron decided to list my dads house with them. From the very start I was impressed with how they managed the listing, viewings, advice on pricing and the sale. The sale was far from straightforward unfortunately but Aaron was great through the whole process and I would recommend Property Cloud to anyone wanting a friendly, professional reliable estate agent.

GoogleThoroughly recommend Aaron and the Property Cloud team. His help and support selling our mum’s family home of almost 50 years, after she passed away last year, was beyond amazing. Compassionate, patient and did all he could despite a huge set back with the first sale that was beyond our control. Both times the property was marketed with a fantastic video, he was able to secure a buyer within 1-2 days of the open day and worked tirelessly with buyers and their solicitors to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. If you’re thinking of selling your house, give Aaron a go - you won’t be disappointed!

GoogleWow! What a journey… selling the home we had lived in for 40 years & relocating was a daunting process. Aaron & his team were very professional, honest & we genuinely believe they wanted the best outcome for us. Our house was presented & advertised well, ensuring we had the best chance of achieving a sale at a price we were happy with. It took us a very long time to find our forwarding home & as a result, we lost our buyers (several times) Aaron was extremely patient with us, got us back on the market & achieved a sale again & again.
