Aaron & the staff at the Property Cloud are first rate & excellent at their jobs, from beginning to end they have been so helpful in every way. I knew selling my flat wasn’t going to be easy due to the fact it had just had an ESW1 certificate issued which meant the banks could now lend on it, the Property Cloud got it done, I can’t thank them enough for being there on a professional & personal level. In my opinion you will not find a better estate an agent, highly recommended, a pleasure to sell through, honest & they get the job done, thank you Aaron & Amy.

I’d like to start this review as a public thank you to Aaron and he’s team at the property cloud for making what was meant to be one of the most stressful things in life the complete opposite. Being one of the very fortunate people to not only sell but buy through The Property Cloud the whole process was made as smooth as it could of been. Selling our house way above asking price in the first day of viewings with multiple offers. This can only be down to the clever marketing and pricing approach that he guided us with. The whole team was complete accessible through out the process none of that “I’ll call you back later” which doesn’t happen. Once again Thanks Aaron and the team

Aaron was a pleasure to work with. A rare find, as a genuinely nice estate agent and business man. Very transparent and we always felt he had our best interests at heart, even down to the very stressful moving day. Super responsive, which made the experience so much better. The marketing was great and advice given prior to the open day to ensure the property sold itself paid off, as made our property look great, resulting in an accepted offer within days. Would highly recommend and use again.

I purchased my first property with the property cloud. From the moment I viewed the property until Aaron handed me the keys, the process was so smooth and efficient. My queries were dealt with as quickly as possible. Aaron and his team are always easy to talk to when you have any queries regarding any step of the process. I was really scared as it was my first property, however, with great communication skills, Aaron and his team really helped me out. I would highly recommend the property cloud to everyone whether it is to buy or sell your property. Hoping to do more business with Aaron and his team in the future

We recently purchased a house with the property cloud. Unfortunately the solicitors we had were awful, however Aaron and his team were great. They were very honest and answered any questions we had. Communication was key for us to proceed and Aaron went out of his way on many occasions to help us. We highly recommend the property cloud. The marketing was great, like for like photos too which helped us with our decision to purchase our property. We would definitely choose Aaron for any future property purchases.
