GoogleWe cannot recommend (The Property Cloud) Aaron Kirk highly enough. From the very first meeting, his professionalism was evident. He came prepared, knowledgeable, and completely focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. His attention to detail was exceptional, the photographs of our home were absolutely brilliant and showcased the property in its best light, capturing features we hadn’t even thought to highlight ourselves. A huge shoutout also has to go to his photographer, Chris. He was absolutely spot on with his skills. The quality, angles, lighting, and overall presentation were outstanding, and the finished photos truly elevated the listing. It made a real difference in attracting interest and setting our property apart from others on the market. Communication throughout the entire process was flawless. Not once did we reach out without receiving a prompt response. Whether by phone or email, Aaron always came back to us as soon as he possibly could, keeping us reassured and fully informed at every stage. What truly sets Aaron apart, however, are his outstanding negotiation skills and his ability to manage buyers’ expectations right from the word go. He handled discussions with confidence and clarity, ensuring the process moved forward smoothly while always protecting our position. His proactive approach meant he was constantly one step ahead, often answering questions before we even had to ask them. Incredibly, Aaron managed to sell our house within just six weeks from advertising to completion. He coordinated seamlessly with both sides’ solicitors and third-party vendors, consistently updating us on progress and ensuring nothing stalled. His organisation and oversight made what can often be a stressful and frustrating experience feel controlled and manageable. As first time buyers, myself and my partner felt supported all the way through the buying process. When we first viewed our home, Aaron was personable and really informative. Once our offer was accepted, communications were clear and we always felt like we were kept in the loop with the seller’s side. GooglePhil and his team marketed my 'niche' property at a realistic price point, meaning they were able to find the perfect tenant and have them in, within a matter of weeks. I was able to trust them with managing all aspects of setting up the tenancy and both myself and the tenant couldn't be happier. The Lettings Cloud are a truly wonderful team to deal with; personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them ten times over.

Their communication throughout the process was excellent always keeping me updated and offering helpful guidance whenever I needed it. GoogleWe arranged a viewing for Thursday and nobody showed up. I tried calling and left a voicemail, still never heard back, not even an apology for leaving us outside the property in the rain for an hour. Seriously poor customer service and communication.

His liaison was also spot on and he was very informative during our selling process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone going through the selling and buying process. GoogleSelling with Property Cloud - A very speedy sale - less than 2 months from offer to exchange! Can’t say much farer than that. Aaron and the team are great, friendly people to work with. Got some great photos and videos too. From accepting an offer on our house all the way to exchanging contracts; it happened fast and he recommended us a great solicitor which helped too. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage of the process, including via WhatsApp which was very convenient and a differentiator to other agents. The marketing was professional and well thought out, including high-quality photography that really showcased the property. What particularly stood out was their use of data and agent insights to discuss the local market and agree a target sale price. GoogleAbsolutely first class service from Aaron and his team with the sale of our property. We had previously had it on the market with another agent for many months and barely had any viewers. Within a couple of weeks on with Property Cloud we’d had more viewers and not long after that accepted an offer. Aaron then went above and beyond helping us with making an offer on the property we purchased. I would not hesitate for a second recommending Aaron and his team (and have already did so before our sale completed). They are very professional but at the same time approachable and very friendly.
