GooglePhil and his team marketed my 'niche' property at a realistic price point, meaning they were able to find the perfect tenant and have them in, within a matter of weeks. I was able to trust them with managing all aspects of setting up the tenancy and both myself and the tenant couldn't be happier. The Lettings Cloud are a truly wonderful team to deal with; personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them ten times over.

GoogleIf I could give you negative stars I would, I’ve been trying to contact you about a property via calls and emails for about a week now and have had no response, I don’t know if the rightmove emails don’t come across as expected but I’ve even found an alternative contact number on your website and still I have no answer, I know the property market is hot particularly for the property I would like to view but this is not the service you would expect from a reputable company

GoogleWe arranged a viewing for Thursday and nobody showed up. I tried calling and left a voicemail, still never heard back, not even an apology for leaving us outside the property in the rain for an hour. Seriously poor customer service and communication.
