GoogleI would like to say thank you to Aaron and The Property Cloud team for all of their help from the first phone conversation, to meeting, the valuation and putting our property on the market. Aaron was organised and thorough in his checks to make sure our property was advertised at the correct value. We had some obstacles thrown at us throughout the process and Aaron helped work/talk us through them. I would use The Property Cloud again and would highly recommend them! GoogleAaron Kirk and his team at The Property Cloud offer a far superior Estate Agent experience - so modern and with the times. Their communication and standards are in another league. They communicate honestly and sincerely, there's no 'winging it'. They really know their business and audience and their methods are up to date. I had a particularly careless and difficult experience with another agency prior to working with The Property Cloud and they were sensitive to my situation. Their due diligence was faultless and I was kept informed the whole time - it was a water tight agent/client relationship. Aaron was like a running mate, at no point did I feel alone or doubt his word. His attention to my file, think-through, preempting, follow through and professional guidance was so accurate and intuitive. He really listens and hears you, always makes time for you, loves his work, great at his job and is unflappable - everything you need when you are dealing with the stress of buying/selling. They got me through a time of massive uncertainty. I will always be grateful. These are masters in their field. I've been telling everyone about them!

GoogleBrilliant team of people! Great estate agents who genuinely work their socks off and help in anyway they can! So helpful and professional from start to finish! Even going above and beyond when the other estate agents in the chain couldn’t be bothered!! If only all estate agents were like The Property Cloud! GoogleEverything with the property cloud has been made to feel easy and hassle free, highlighted by offer accepted to completion in 8 weeks. Every question has been provided an adequate response first time of asking and if this could not be achievedwe have been responded to in a more than pleasing timeframe with a satisfactory response. Communication flows has been extremely easy especially with the use of WhatsApp. The service provided by Amy initially when showing us around the home was great, and the follow up visit with Aaron was just as pleasing. The communication level combined with the informal approach to the service provided, helped us feel at ease and made the property purchase hassle free. The service felt personally tailored every step of the way and I would highly recommend them to anyone again in the future

I sold my property in July using Property Cloud. My property sold on the Open Day. Aaron and his team were outstanding, professional and helpful. Aaron worked with my solicitor and the other estate agent to complete my purchase which was in a chain, really stressful time. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Property Cloud to anyone seeking a one to one personal service whether buying or selling Absolute brilliant company led by Aaron. Big thank you J Johnson Vendor November 2018

GoogleI did purchase property trough this property agency and it was bad experience as i discovered broken entrance door, and nobody helped saying it wasn't like that. Feel abused.
I had previously replied to this review when it was written, however, it appears Google has removed it since we made updates to our google profile. In my original reply to Mr Ahmeds review, it was made clear that we were not aware of the broken door and advised that we are only the selling agents, we were never living at the property, however directed Mr Ahmed to his solicitor in order to make a legal complaint via the solicitors. I personally helped Mr Ahmed as much as I legally could and even contacted the previous owners, who suggested that the door wasn't broken. There was very little more I could do at this point and explained this to Mr Ahmed. It's worth adding that up to this point, Mr Ahmed was delighted with our service and personally thanked me for helping him throughout the transaction. Aaron.

GoogleWould highly recommend this estate agent to family and friends. Very professional and outstanding personal service from start till end. Done a great job with the brochure. Was able to quickly arrange an open house day with lots of viewings. Kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and was always available to answer our questions.

GoogleThey say moving home is one of the most stressful events in life, but luckily for us, The Property Cloud totally relieved this stress! We lost our 1st buyer, but within days it had been resold at a higher price. The Property Cloud were there night & day to answer any of our questions & to put our minds at ease when any issues arose. We'd never use anyone else & will recommend to everyone!

GoogleFirstly, its worth noting what a really nice genuine guy Aaron is. If you want a down to earth, non pushy estate agent, then here you have one. Also to dispel another myth, you don't need a big high street agency to sell your house. Aaron advertised mine and arranged an open day the week later. It was then sold within days. He handled everything super professionally and acted as a sounding board when needed. His fees are more than competitive and you get that personal 121 experience, not usually associated to selling houses. I couldn't recommend him and his team more highly and you should have no hesitation in seeing this for yourself.

GoogleI have never had a positive experience with estate agents...until now! The Property Cloud have exceeded any expectations, delivering THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Aaron and Amy collectively took on the work load from day one, providing realistic expectations and expert advice in the sale of my property. Moving home has always been such a stressful experience in the past, yet they alleviated any worries or concerns by being constantly contactable, and approachable - acting on any queries I had no matter how big or small, immediately. Without hesitation I will never take my business elsewhere. I urge everyone to use The Property Cloud for a completely different, positive estate agent experience! The fees are substantially lower than any other high street name, and yet the quality of service you receive is better - far more personable, you really feel like you are getting one on one treatment with The property Cloud. Please Ignore the negative review listed below, I can assure you this can't be the case that The Property Cloud has any other association with other estate agents - I used to work in the Property world and therefore have a very rounded understanding of all agents that serve South East London and surrounding areas, hence why I would certainly never take my business anywhere else as sadly, my experiences with many other agents has been poor.

GoogleWhere to start... Aaron at The Property Cloud has been exceptional throughout the process of selling our property - he honestly couldn't have been any more helpful to make the usually highly stressful process go any smoother. Aaron initially came round within days of me contacting him to give me a thorough insight into the service he offers and answer all of my questions - I had no hesitation when agreeing to use The Property Cloud after meeting him. We had initially agreed to get my house on the market the following week, however, in the meantime we found a property we loved and realised we would need to move quickly to secure it. We were going on holiday two days later and I subsequently called Aaron in a state of panic - not wanting to lose out on the property we had found. Aaron agreed to hold an open day 3 days later and managed to fill a whole afternoon of appointments and secured two offers on the day. We literally couldn't believe he had managed to sell our house in 3 days and managed to secure a price that was much more than we were expecting! He kept us well-informed whilst we were abroad and even liaised with the agent we were buying from on our behalf whilst we were away - we couldn't have been any more thankful for his assertiveness and professionalism throughout. Sadly, problems arose during the purchase of the property we had gone after and we lost out on the house. It took us four weeks to find another - throughout this time Aaron remained his ever-professional self and held the chain together. Once we found the house we have now moved into, Aaron helped things progress as quickly as humanly possible - constantly keeping in contact with the whole chain & solicitors to ensure everyone was kept updated at every stage. I am immensely grateful to Aaron for his help and guidance throughout the moving process. I cannot recommend him highly enough and now constantly find myself recommending The Property Cloud to anyone I meet who mentions that they are selling. If you want an estate agent that goes above and beyond that of a traditional agency - Aaron at The Property Cloud is for you.
