GoogleWe had a particularly protracted and frustrating experience with our sale through no fault of Property iCloud and at times we felt completely exasperated. Aaron Kirk was superb throughout, keeping us informed at all times of progress and helped us keep our sanity! To say Aaron went the extra mile would be to seriously understate the colossal effort he put in.

GoogleI would give more stars if it was possible! Aaron and Amy are absolutely amazing. The support they provide is exceptional. They have supported us every step of the way, and it has been challenging and difficult at times (to say the least!). We have finally exchanged after what feels like a very painful journey, and without Aaron and Amy I doubt we would ever of got there! GoogleI have just purchased my perfect home with Amy Anderson from The Property Cloud and I honestly could not have asked for a better Estate Agent to purchase my property with. Amy has become part of our family in a small way. At present me and my family are adopting a child through the adoption process and it was vital we moved into our new home by a certain date in order to continue with our process. Amy understood this and did everything she could to make our dreams come true The sale of my property was not smooth sailing, however Amy continued to give me reassurance throughout the entire process, and I honestly don't think I could have got through this process without her. Amy's greatest quality is her personality and charm. A lot of estate agents I have met treat you like a "payday." Your interaction with them is all money based. Amy is not like that, she was so personable and genuinely took interest in who we were as a couple and as buyers. As part of our adoption process we have to write a diary about significant moments and people in our journey to become adoptive parents. Amy will is and will be prominently featured in our diary as someone who was instrumental in helping us secure our impending family home. Even the estate agent who dealt with the sale of my property commented on how much he enjoyed his interactions with Amy because she was so pleasant, down to earth, understanding and realistic. I don't know when I will ever be in the market to see my property or buy a new one, but I do know I will be seeking out Amy as my estate agent of choice. When choosing your estate agent you will definitely come across agents who oversell and under deliver. If you prefer an estate agent who is friendly, understanding, knowledgeable about the local area and willing to go that extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction then I can wholeheartedly say that Amy Anderson is your agent. Thank you Amy for helping us in our important step of finding a new family home, and we hope that you will stop by for a cup of tea in the coming months to meet our new child.

GoogleWe had been considering upsizing for a few years, but I was still suffering from PTSD from when we purchased our first property and had been putting it off for a while. When I was browsing for Estate Agents in January 2020, I found The Property Cloud to have some of, if the not the most consistently positive reviews. After filling out an online valuation, Aaron contacted me and we agreed for him to do an in person valuation. We were instantly impressed with his demeanor and presentation, and his reassurances especially given we hadn't sold a property before. We were about to go ahead with putting our house on the Market in February of 2020, but then the Covid lockdown came into force. When the property market was allowed to operate again, Aaron insisted on putting our safety first and didn't put any pressure on us to continue. After monitoring the situation for a couple of weeks, and speaking with Aaron about The Property Cloud's Covid precautions, we felt reassured that we would be safe in going ahead. We deeply appreciated how serious he and Pam took the Covid precautions given that we care for high risk members of our family. During our house hunting, we noticed that the Property Cloud were one of the very, very few agents who took / wore full PPE and provided hand sanitizer to house viewers. Aaron was always available to contact should we have had any questions. Our sale happened extremely quickly, and we received the top end of the asking price selling to first time buyers, which helped keep the overall chain nice and small. Overall, Aaron and the team helped me overcome my fear of moving house. We cannot thank The Property cloud enough for making our sale as stress free as they possibly could, especially given the current climate. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell in the future. Thank-you again guys :)

GoogleAmazing from start to finish! When we decided to put our house up for sale, I had a look on some local Facebook groups to see what estate agents people were recommending, and The Property Cloud definitely seemed like a clear winner. So we contacted them and Aaron visited a few days later. He was very knowledgeable, didnt make us feel pressured, was very realistic and is clearly very good at what he does. Our house sold within days of the first lot of viewings. The sale process unfortunately did give us a few hurdles to jump, but Aaron and his team were there every step of the way, very responsive to all messages and kept both ourselves and our buyers up-to-date. I'm honestly not sure another estate agent would have got us over all these hurdles, but we have just exchanged on our sale, and I'd like to say a huge thank you to Aaron and his team for getting us here!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAaron and the team have managed my UK rental property for a number of years now and recently managed the property sale for me. The team have really been amazing! The tenants they placed have never missed (or been late on) a rent payment in over 5 years. I live overseas and the team worked with me via email and WhatsApp to ensure I was constantly informed of what was going on, they made sure I had access to them as and when I needed. They also managed a particularly complex sale during lockdown and were incredibly patient, polite and diligent in their work. GoogleWe recently sold our property with Property Cloud and are so happy with the service that the team provided. We heard of Aaron through a recommendation by a friend. When he came for the first visit to explain the process, he was so honest and friendly. Nothing like the other estate agents we spoke to. The fee was really good value for money considering we had professional photography and a video tour which proved to be very useful during the lockdown. We got updates from Aaron on how the marketing was going which was helpful. Pam and Amy were lovely and really helped to sell our flat. They were very positive to all prospective buyers. All offered invaluable advice to help us sell quickly as well. The communication really sets them apart. When we were getting closer to completion Aaron helped communication going across the whole chain. I’m still not sure how he managed it but it really helped with the stress levels and to keep things progressing. We fully recommend Property Cloud and will definitely move with them again in the future.

GoogleAaron Kirk and his team at The Property Cloud offer a far superior Estate Agent experience - so modern and with the times. Their communication and standards are in another league. They communicate honestly and sincerely, there's no 'winging it'. They really know their business and audience and their methods are up to date. I had a particularly careless and difficult experience with another agency prior to working with The Property Cloud and they were sensitive to my situation. Their due diligence was faultless and I was kept informed the whole time - it was a water tight agent/client relationship. Aaron was like a running mate, at no point did I feel alone or doubt his word. His attention to my file, think-through, preempting, follow through and professional guidance was so accurate and intuitive. He really listens and hears you, always makes time for you, loves his work, great at his job and is unflappable - everything you need when you are dealing with the stress of buying/selling. They got me through a time of massive uncertainty. I will always be grateful. These are masters in their field. I've been telling everyone about them!

When cannot find any records of dealing with a Ray Hammond on our system however invited Mr Hammond to please tell us what we could have done differently to achieve a 5 star rating from him and we have never received a reply.

Google10 stars. I have been renting via Property Cloud for 3 years now and I can only say that these guys have changed my perception of the real estate agencies 180 degrees. Especially Aaron and Pam, they put in every effort 24/7 to make sure the tenants are happy, safe and welcomed home in the property they manage. Having had a bad experience previously where I even lost my deposit, with Peperty Cloud I have always felt like a normal person and mainly - taken care of tenant. Goes both ways, if you apply your common sense and take care of a property that is not yours but is trusted to you, then that's what you get back: nice, respectful and grown up attitude. I am ever grateful for this positive experience. Highly recommended! And if you want to be dealing with real, genuine people who are not trying to turn your pockets inside out, then that's them.

GoogleThis is our second time using the property cloud and it has again been a great experience with them. Jessica is very thorough when explaining everything. She let us know what was going on at every step and whenever we called her she didn’t make us feel like a hinderance. We were also in contact with Aaron at some stages and he is just awesome and will try and help in anyway he can. Definitely recommend. From start to finish they were always helpful and supportive. GoogleWe were one of Aaron’s first vendors back in 2014 when he first started out. We were a bit sceptical with online estate agency then as it was a pretty new thing to the market. Aaron proved it was the way forward straight away and we felt straight at ease with how everything went. I couldn’t recommend him enough back then due to problems we had with another estate agent it was very refreshing. My parents and a number of family Friends went on to sell through Aaron based on my experience and recommendation. I had no hesitation on who I wanted to sell my property with when the time came round and here we are again :) The comments we have received regarding the online marketing were fantastic. Our neighbours house a few doors down was on the market at the same time which looked a mess. Aaron comes round for an initial viewing and lets you know what he thinks needs to be done/changed/moved in order to get the best pictures and result possible for you. Any ordinary estate agent would just take the pictures put it on the market with no thought as it’s just another property. I had so many people ask me what fee we were paying. So many people just go on what the fee they will pay is but it’s not just about that. It’s about the overall service/package and sometimes the cheapest agent can actually be the most expensive because they tend to sell the property for less due to bad marketing/communication. 5 years on and Aaron and his team are still going above and beyond anyone’s expectations and this is why I would not use any other estate agent 🙌🏼
