Thank you so much to both Arron and Amy on successfully selling my flat. I had support and advice from start to finish of the sale, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I didn’t have to chase for anything they were both very prompt and took the lead of the sale which was great. We always recommended, The Property Cloud to people we speak to as they are very knowledgable with the current markets, We will definitely use The Property Cloud when we move next year. What a lovely, kind and caring Team you have Aaron. Thank you Georgia & Rob

Sold after 20 years and the service from Aaron & Emma was faultless from start to finish. It was a difficult process at times but Aaron & Emma were always on it even before we would ask, they made some stressful times so much easier for us. We could not recommend the property cloud enough. Absolutely brilliant service. You can certainly tell the difference when your agent is not corporate. Highly professional, lovely people to deal with. Best choice we made. Thank you all.

Selling my late Mum's family home was always likely to be a traumatic experience. However, selecting The Property Cloud as estate agents turned out to be an inspired decision. Throughout the sale process, we all felt safe in Aaron's capable hands. Although the sale and purchase was protracted, Aaron always handled our queries in a calm and efficient manner. To us it just felt like we were important to him and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would therefore strongly recommend The Property Cloud to anyone wanting to sell a property. Thank you Aaron.

I contacted The Property Cloud as part of an initiative to gain support from local businesses to pledge bundles of books for local schools in support of children's mental health. Aaron from The Property Cloud has absolutely gone above and beyond! Not only have they, as a business supported this initiative (run in partnership with Usborne Books), but Aaron has also secured interest from other businesses in supporting this initiative too! Communication has been excellent, generosity of both time and pledges has been second to none. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Property Cloud as a first class Estate Agent!

A special thank you to Aaron, Amy and Emma for all of their hard work, input and guidance with the sale of our home. The team are incredibly supportive and caring; no questions were too big or too small. Communication was quick and transparent with the ease of a WhatsApp group. We’re so pleased to have met Aaron at a house viewing and to have sold our home through The Property Cloud. We will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family. Lots of love, Joe and Lydia xx

I would certainly recommend The Property Cloud due to our experience of selling a property. Our agent was Jordan, a lovely friendly guy with good local knowledge. Within a week of putting it on the market it had sold. Jordan kept us up to date with its progress (we live 130+ miles away) and was easily contactable throughout the whole process. Easy 5* 😊

We were looking for our first flat to rent and found a lovely flat through The Property Cloud, looked after by Pam. She's been an absolute star during the viewings- very knowledgeable about the property, friendly and helpful. And once we decided to go ahead with our application, through the whole process, her and The Property Cloid team have been very professional and helpful! We can very highly recommend The Property Cloud agency and parturition Pam! Thank you for the great service! Elena & Matt

Excellent service, great communication and all round a pleasure to deal with. Property purchases are stressful because of ‘people’ but not this estate agent. I recommend.

Thank you Aaron and the whole team at The Property Cloud. I had lots of recommendations for The Property Cloud as we had never sold a house before and didn’t know who to go with. Aaron was so helpful and gave us lots of time and support throughout the process. The marketing was slick and up to date, we had great pictures and videos done of the house. We found a buyer relatively quickly considering the uncertainty of the market at the time. I would highly recommend!
