I searched around for the best way to sell my property and came across a fair few options. I had not intended to sell via an estate agency, but having met Alex Diett at The Property Centre I felt that I would be missing a great opportunity had I simply ignored the potential offered by the Property Centre. I met with the top five agencies in the Gloucester area and decided to use The Property Centre. Using modern techniques for marketing my property as well as using data from recent property sales, Alex and his team had over ten viewings in the first week and the property was sold within 10 days. Even when the buyers stalled, The Property Centre got things back on track. Their levels of communication are awesome and got regular updates. I want to say thank you to the Worcester office for helping me sell my house. I actually thought all estate agents were the same, but I got that wrong. As soon as I explained my situation, 3 members of the team came to look at the house. They took incredible pictures which immediately saw the amount of online viewings quadruple compared to the previous estate agent. They gave feedback on every viewing and I didn't have to chase them once...anybody that has sold a house will know how valuable a quality this is. I cant recommend the team enough.
