GoogleI am a first time buyer and it turned out to be quite a lengthy process due to some complications at the other end of the chain. I am so pleased with the Property Centre, Specifically Steph in Quedgeley. Steph kept me informed with any updates and checked in with me to see how I was getting on and if I needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble and found her helpful and positive attitude a great reassurance in a stressful process! Thank you Steph. Could not recommend enough!

GoogleWe had the best service from the team at Quedgeley property centre with the purchase of our new home. Dealt with everything in the very difficult times of Covid. Professional in their approach to the viewings we went on, handled their side of the purchase with a friendly manner and the follow-ups during the purchase were a reassurance. We also had our mortgage arranged by Scarlett Morris, in the onsite mortgage advice bureau office, so thorough, knowledgeable and patient in arranging things. Explained everything in depth and in a way that was easy to understand. If you are looking to buy a property or arrange a mortgage, then we would happily recommend the services offered here, thank you all.

She made a stressful period a lot less stressful with her proactive approach at getting all the information, regularly emailing and calling myself and my partner. Even when my solicitors weren’t getting back to me, Dani would chase up people for me and report back as quickly as she could. She was genuinely happy for me and my partner when we eventually moved and I really couldn’t be more grateful. I really want Dani to know how much she helped us.

GoogleCheltenham Property Centre are the most hardworking, patient and efficient team that I have dealt with whilst selling a house. They are so knowledgeable and guided me through a difficult period for selling a house i.e. Brexit and the pandemic. They never put a foot wrong. Highly recommend their service.

GoogleProperty Centre found us a buyer in 2 weeks, and ours was an unusual property to value. Very pleasant staff who kept us well informed all the way through what proved to be a difficult chain and a lengthy process, and whose crucial interventions at a couple of points rescued us from despair!

GoogleOliver and the team were fantastic from the start. Very friendly and professional. They sold our house in 4 days and helped us to secure our new house which was also sold by them. They stayed involved during the process until the contracts were exchanged, with regular communication. We would definitely recommend the Property Centre.
