we originally listed our property with another local sales agent however found them to be incompetent with turning up on time and showing people around our house who wanted completely different requirements from the offset. After three months of frustration and without a sale we terminated our contract and listed our house with the property centre. We gave Victoria from the Quedgeley office a call and arranged for her to valuate, image and list our house. The photos were really good and also created a live floor plan tour of the house. We originally met Keelan Aylott whilst viewing other houses being sold by the Property Centre and he quickly understood our needs and helped to find us the right property suited to our requirements and tastes, Leading to us purchasing our new home. Upon selling our existing property Keelan took the time to. visit and get familiar with our house that he'd be selling. Only after two viewings (2 Weeks), the Property Centre found us a buyer and handled our negotiations for us leading to us selling at the price we wanted originally. The administration on behalf of the Property centre as of now has been prompt and they've been very informative from the get go. Dealing with Keelan, Victora, Emma & Jackie has been simple and will always use them in the future should I need an estate agent. Cheers Property Centre!

Having not moved house for 22 years I was naturally apprehensive. I need not have worried. My local team were helpful and professional. They did a great job of marketing my property. It looked really good with pictures and a virtual tour when it went on line. I accepted a really good offer after only two days of viewing and lots of interest being shown. I was then appointed a sales progessor. Sophie talked me through everything and kept me updated on progress. In general it went smoothly but when there was the odd delay I didn't have to worry about what was going on as there was never a time when I wasn't updated. Really wonderful virtually stress free sale thanks to a great team who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

Before putting the property on the market, Rebecca made my mum feel at ease, clearly explaining the sales process and what to expect. Chloe took beautiful photos. Within minutes of the property going on the market Ben was arranging many viewings and attended them all, with several above asking price offers being received within days. Once the chain was complete it was over to Susan who kept in contact with me weekly and towards the latter stages daily to keep us updated, working hard to move our sale through to exchange. 5 star service from the property centre Longlevens, Rebecca and her team where wonderful and made everything flow beautifully. All we had to do was sit back and relax! We had lots of interest and was relayed feedback instantly. After we accepted an offer the reigns where handed to Susan who was a pleasure to talk to and kept us constantly in the loop of progression, and I can not express how much that helps with the stress of moving day looming. We was in a very large chain and after talking to some of the others in the chain, it was clear we was the most informed and again top marks to Susan.
