TrustpilotCriminally Poor Deposit Return Process
UPDATE1 30/01/25 As of todays date I have still yet to receive any of my deposit. Especially after reaching out to the contacts that JNP has left in this reply. UPDATE2 30/01/25 After contacting JNP again, there seems to be an issue with their process and certain people within the business who action them. I would like to thank Sam and Chloe for talking the time to look into this matter regarding my deposit. UPDATE3 30/01/25 Funds have been received. I would not recommend JNP Lettings due to their unacceptable handling of my tenancy deposit return, despite on-time payments and no issues from my tenancy. I moved out of the property in December 2024, and despite the legal requirement to return the deposit within 10 days, I am still waiting over 4 weeks later!!

read the other 1 star reviews - pretty much my experience. Not entirely clear whether the issue is incompetence or if their shocking service to tenants (both for maintenance, and for end of tenancy deposit refund) is intentional.

Selling my property in Sands was a lot easier to do thanks to JNP , upon agreeing a sale price we had a lot of interest early on and was able to agree a fair selling price through good lines of communication from the High Wycombe office staff- Lisa kept me fully updated with progression also which helped ease the stress and worry you have when selling your property and we was able to complete last Friday with very little fuss.

GoogleA few months ago, I was looking to get my flat revalued and Mark Prior arrived to do it. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout. Mark then sat down and we spoke about the valuation and the reasons I was looking to sell etc, the reason was I couldn’t afford my remortgage. Mark spoke to me on a human level and not as an estate agent trying to make a sale. Mark listened and understood my situation. Mark was able to put me in touch with a very professional and helpful mortgage advisor who gave me options I wasn’t aware of. Fast forward 4 months and I now have the flat remortgaged and in my name. Without Mark, this wouldn’t have been possible and I probably would have had to sell reluctantly. Mark was extremely helpful throughout and was straight talking with what could be done. I would recommend Mark as an estate agent to anyone who needed one and one day, when I decide to sell, I will definitely be getting in touch with him again. He is a top man and an asset to JNP. GoogleWe bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End. The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process. JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process. Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process. He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process. He quickly became my go to person rather than my own agent for my sale. Thank you so much for everything team. Would definitely recommend in the future!
