TrustpilotBought a House
We have bought a house through JnP (completing tomorrow!) and from start to finish they have been excellent. If anyone has the pleasure of working with Emma Cross there they are in very capable hands. We had a prolonged buying process (through various delays with solicitors and nothing to do with JnP) and I am in serious doubt this would have gone through without Emma's stewardship. If and when we are looking to sell our house I wouldn't do it through any other estate agent than JnP. Anyone looking for a recommendation on who to list with should look no further. Thanks to Emma for being the person who kept everything moving in this process.

GoogleI really couldn’t recommend Julian and the team at JNP Hazlemere enough, we bought our second family home through them recently and I am delighted with how brilliant they were from start to finish. Julian was so helpful, professional and fantastic with communication, which really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been especially with the stamp duty relief end date approaching. Julian helped us every step of the way from finding exactly what property we were looking for in the right area, to helping us chase solicitors, and also helped find removal companies for everyone in the chain. He helped us overcome every obstacle quickly and smoothly that could have potentially meant we didn’t meet the end of September stamp duty relief deadline. We are so grateful for all the hard work Julian put in to getting us successfully moved into our new home, that we hopefully look forward to working with him and the team at Hazlemere again in selling our home in the future. Thank you so much!
Thank you for your review Clare. We're so pleased to hear how Julian was able to help you every step of the way. Julian will be thrilled with the recommendation.

TrustpilotSo-so for rentals, Good for buyers/sellers
Great if you are selling or buying a property. Will get all the boot licking possible. Not quite so good if you are renting. Could do better with improving support for tenants even basic communication.

GoogleGreat service from start to exchange. Julian was great and his attentiveness enabled us to get on the market exactly when we wanted and quickly, yet in a considered manner given the circumstances. He and Josh were spot on with punctual feedback post visits and the wider office team were helpful and responsive. Contact was frequent and appropriate, from when we received offers to final acceptance and then the team was efficient in contacting us and closing down on the final elements leading to exchange (completion to follow). Their knowledge of the local market around Hazlemere is excellent and I would recommend without hesitation.
Thank you for your recommendation Damian and Helen. Julian, Josh and the team work so hard to provide 5* customer service and will be thrilled that you took the time to leave a review.

GoogleWe recently used Julian and Kyle at JNP for our 1st house purchase and I cannot speak highly enough of both of them. A truly professional team that kept us up to date throughout the cycle and were sympathetic to our naivety in buying a house! From the 1st viewing, Kyle was knowledgable and provided us with properties that matched our requirements. Julian drove the process forward and we were able to exchange 25 days earlier than we initially thought. If you need an estate agents then look no further - 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Thank you gents!
Thank you so much for the review Luke. We're thrilled that Julian and Kyle were able to help you buy your first home and wish you many happy years there.
