GoogleLucy was fantastic from beginning to end of the process. The purchase ended up being a longer and more complicated process than I anticipated but Lucy tirelessly chased up anything she could and was always available to answer queries and bridge the communication between myself and the solicitor - her help has been greatly appreciated.

GoogleI spoke with Lucy at the Headingley branch who was so helpful and friendly. Due to the location of my property she explained I needed to speak with a different branch. Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

GoogleVery impressed with JNP. We were with another well known estate agent whose service was very poor. We transferred over to JNP and it was the best desicion we made. Our contact was Josh and he was an absolute star throughout the whole process as was Kyle, Emily and Julian. They were polite, helpful and very responsive. Always updated us on feedback and dealt amazingly with our sale. Would definately use them again.

GoogleNot having moved for nearly 30 years, we needed an estate agent who would guide us through the procedure and that is just what we got from JNP. Despite everything (Brexit, election, more brexit, covid) they kept us calm and secured our sale. A first class service!

GoogleWe used JNP to sell our house in Hazlemere and it sold within 3 weeks. Julian, Josh and Emily who we dealt with were always helpful and extremely professional. Through no fault of JNP the sale dragged on for 5 months but we were kept informed of very step. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

GoogleJosh did a great job of chivying the chain along as he's got good contacts with all the local solicitors. His local knowledge of all the local movers helped when at a last minute ours dropped out so we were able to keep completion day on track.
