GoogleGreat letting agents with fantastic properties and good communication. Only gripe would be that they often charge lots for cleaning and repainting fees but that comes with their professionalism.

GoogleWas due to have a viewing at 84 Novar Drive Hyndland, Glasgow at 3:30 pm. This was agreed five days prior to the viewing. The agency, knowingly that I must take a train to Glasgow, have called to cancel the viewing at 2:30 pm! One hour before the viewing was due! I basically had to take a train all the way to Glasgow to get a call the viewing is cancelled and take the next train back. Very, very unprofessional to cancel a viewing one hour before its due. Really hope this does not happen to anyone else as it is very frustrating.NegativeProfessionalism

Hi Rakan, sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately in this instance by the time we had confirmation of a prior application being accepted, it was very close to your viewing time. It was our aim for none of your time to be wasted by letting you know as soon as we heard, but we are sincerely sorry that the timing of this coincided with when you were already on the train. If there are any other properties you are interested in, please let us know and we hope we can assist you in finding your next home.

GoogleMy friend has been staying at an apartment provided by this agency, they came and found the apartment in terrible condition, with the roof falling through, no electricity in the apartment or heating, broken doors and overall disgusting condition with the smell of rubble and cement, they were very unresponsive to emails, did not offer compensation although it was requested with legal terms quoting the contract, they forced them to pay rent and threatened with legal action baselessly, would not recommend at all, on top of being uncooperative and downright unprofessional, they lacked complete empathy as they could not even repair the apartment in due time, the apartment did not even meet health and safety regulations. Google only allows me to give one star but if I could I would give zero.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Please rest assured we would not allow for any tenant to live within an unsafe environment, and we offer emergency services for our tenants should there ever be any risk concerning health and safety within or outside working hours. GoogleVery professional service from Malcolm and his team. Unfortunately we had to end our tenancy earlier than expected, but we were able to do so with absolutely no issues. Always very responsive and helpful if any issues arose (even after-hours when I managed to lock myself out!). Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh.
