GoogleFifteen years ago, we switched to Tate Residential and they have looked after us fabulously ever since. In addition to finding first class tenants who have been with us for many years, they do all the small things that make life easier for a landlord. Instead of saying "it's not our job", they offer helpful advice and contacts to get problems solved. Going to them was the best move we have ever made.

GoogleTate Residential has provided me with exceptional service over the last 15 years as both letting agents and property managers for 2 flats in Battersea. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I am never in any doubt that each member of staff works incredibly hard on my behalf. Their dealings with both tenants and landlords are considerate and personal. I recommend the team at Tate without hesitation!

GoogleWe have had the opportunity to rent our very first London flat from Tate just a few weeks before lock-down started and how lucky! We have not just found a lovely home we were happy to isolate in but the whole rental process was quick, efficient and super professional. The girls have also remained very supportive during lock-down, quickly responding to any questions and enquiries. Many thanks to the team!

GoogleIn my opinion this is the best property agent in London . Tate Residential have been taking care of the rental of my flat for the past 12 years. I would honestly say I have had fantastic service. Thank you Paul Tate who personally gets involved with all the clients and keeps his eye on everything.Thanks also to Natalia who has always gone the extra mile to make sure both me and my tenants are happy

GoogleGreat company that really cares about there tenants, they provide fast service when needed and are really helpful. From my experience most companies find a way to keep your deposit when moving out but Tate worked with us and we managed to get our full deposit back. Would 100% recommend to a friend, when I move back to central I’ll give them a call! We had the pleasure of working with Natalia and Amber, both really professional and efficient and actually cared about what was best for us. Thanks for an awesome year guys!

GoogleWe’ve been renting in London for the past 6 years and dealt with a few property managers, and Natalia at Tate is by far the best one. She replies to our emails straight away and gets all our queries sorted in no time. What a difference it makes to have a responsive property manager. The rental process was also very smooth, despite all happening during lockdown. I cannot recommend Tate residential enough, they really care about their customers, much more that the big high street estate agents.

GoogleI have recently dealt with Tate Residential and I have to say that I am more than satisfied. Amber was the agent who took care of my case. She is super customer obsessed and did whatever was possible to help me since day 1. I was relocating from Morocco to London and Amber was here to ease the processes, negotiate extras with the landlord and helped me in doing many things remotely. Tate team is really great, Katarina was also able to support for some requests, she is super nice and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Bottom line, I recommend Tate Residential to anyone who is looking for peace of mind in home hunting.

GoogleAmazing service from Tate Rowlands. Sold our house within 3 weeks, couldn’t have been more helpful in the process. When the sale almost fell through because our solicitors and the purchasers solicitors weren’t listening to him, Tate Rowlands intervened and got everything back on track. As a result we spent Christmas in our dream home. We don’t plan on moving again, but if we did, our first call would be to Tate Rowlands and their fantastic team.
