GoogleSo where do I start, from the minute Ben and the team picked up the phone, I can honestly say, they where fantastic. Now unfortunately my solicitor was an idiot, but thanks to Ben his team and my mortgage advisor I think I would still be waiting to move. If I ever needed a question answering they where there. Another viewing to measure up they where there. Any help they where there, even when Ben rang after closing to tell me my offer had been accepted . I really am a genuine customer and I really couldn't recommend them any higher. They made my house my home. Thank you Ben and Team you really are amazing xxx

GoogleTate Rowlands were most helpful with my onwards purchase with them and also assisted me with my sale when it wasn't even their listing. Laura especially was calming, incredibly helpful, reassuring, and equally determined as I was to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Laura, Ben and Carol also went above and beyond to try to minimise the stress of the transaction and often unreasonable demands of the chain with professionalism, kindness, empathy and the will to carry on. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that my chain would have collapsed without them, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Valuation was spot on, photos were amazing (far better than any other estate agents in the area) and negotiation was faultless. GoogleNatalia and her team at Tate Residential are second to none. I have had my apartment managed by several agencies over the last decade, and this is the first time that I feel I am getting value for money and can actually relax knowing that everything will be taken care of and my tenants are happy. Natalia makes you feel like you are her only client, she is easily accessible, goes above and beyond to problem solve and deals with every situation efficiently and easily. Her knowledge in this area is remarkable. Natalia’s advice helped us to evict an incredibly challenging tenant who refused to pay rent, and she supported us through the whole process, quickly finding fabulous new tenants and closing a very difficult chapter for us, we are forever indebted to her. After dealing with countless property managers over the years, we view Natalia as a stand out in this industry, and we feel so fortunate to benefit from her incredible work ethic, professionalism and care.

GoogleI am currently a tenant with Tate and my property manager (Natalia) is brilliant. When we moved in, some of the rooms needed repainting and we needed a new hoover - she quickly got in touch with the landlord and had this approved. Any time we have any expenses that need reimbursed, she is super quick to make sure this gets back to us ASAP. We moved into the flat shortly after the height of the lockdown and from first contacting Tate, they were quick, pleasant, and took any stress away (which is rare in property!). We really feel that Tate gets the balance right between taking care of tenants and making sure landlords are happy - far more than many big property companies, which often fail on one or both of those accounts. Would definitely recommend!

FacebookHighly recommended if you are looking for professionalism and the best deal for you. I contacted Tate Rowlands in 2019 for a evaluation and due to their professionalism in March this year when we decided to sell our house he haven't even considered anyone else. We contacted them again and they sold our property within days. The rest of the process was clear, transparent and available at all times. Thank you Ben, Amy & Laura for all that you have done for us.
