GoogleDespite living relatively locally for many years I wasn't familiar with Tate's. However, they came by recommendation and were absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout my house sale. It was sold before even appearing on their website and I was kept updated throughout the process. Without doubt a better class of service!

GoogleTate&Co stepped in to sell our cottage after it all fell through with a different agent. They were superb throughout. From start to finish the team was amazing. Chloe especially was outstanding as she did the job of our solicitor as well at times. I really couldn't praise, Ben, Amy and Chloe enough, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all 🙂

FacebookWe used Tate & Co to both buy our new house and sell our old one in 2024. They are very different to other agents in that they offer a more holistic and less transactional service. Ben, Amy and the team put a lot of work (and tesources) into the staging and marketing materials up front. They also provide quality feedback on every viewing, identifying anything you can fix from issues that just go with the house. They took care of all of our viewings (we went out) and only brought people who were genuinely in a strong position to buy. Our sale became very sticky (no fault of Tate & Co) but Chloe in particular was then the glue that kept all parties communicating (no easy task). The last contact I had was months after our sale when Ben popped in with a really sweet Christmas gift for the house. Excellent service all in all. They deserve to succeed.

GoogleFrom start to finish Tate & Co were absolutely wonderful. From Ben providing a strong but rational value for our property, to Amy showing clients around and to them ultimately securing asking price, right through to being able to deal with the ever-patient Chloe in the office they were wonderful. It just so happened that they dealt with our sale and purchase on this move, and I would honestly not move with anyone else in future. Their advice and support leave (from what I have heard) other estate agents standing, and you only have to look at their photos to realise that they are genuinely setting your property up to stand out from the crowd. Thoroughly recommended.

They were excellent in their service and went above and beyond with the freeholder to ensure that my sale went through. I can 100% recommend them to handle your sale.

GoogleWhere to start! One of the ladies at Tate & Co has been outstanding and that lady is Chloe. For the last 4 months she has been phoning, emailing, following up, checking, phoning again, emailing everyone in the very long chain and offering reassurance. Tate is not even my estate agent but I wish it had been. We have just exchanged today and I am positive we would not have got to this stage after all the delays and problems if it had not been for Chloe. What an amazing and very conscientious lady. Thank you Chloe.

GoogleAfter a year and a half of trying to sell our flat in Streatham through a number of well-known Estate Agents, including the agents who sold us the flat in the first place, we were given a recommendation to try Tate Residential. From the very first phone call with Paul to completion of the sale which was led by Amber, Tate did an amazing job in reassuring us and guiding us through the process. It was a very different experience to the stress and disappointment we have been through over the past 18 months! Amber in particular was fantastic - she had to put up with a lot of nervous phone calls from us while chasing some very elusive solicitors. She managed the whole process brilliantly. I can’t recommend Tate Residential enough

GoogleSo heartless and unprofessional. We were packed up ready to move with a 3m old baby. These agents barely bothered to answer the phone, were rude when they did and eventually lied to our faces saying the vendors were taking the property off the market when in fact they had accepted another higher offer from a third party. Waste of time, energy, money and emotion.
