GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Amy and Ben. They were super friendly and really understanding of what we wanted. The whole process was easy and quick and our house was sold within weeks! If the opportunity ever came about to move again I would definitely use them again!

GoogleI was so glad i asked Tate Rowlands to deal with the sale of my house, they took full control of all viewings and made the prosess totally stress free for me. The team kept me updated on a weekly sometimes daily basis and the whole team made me feel like more than just a customer and more like part of there family nothing was ever too much trouble for them and i have and will continue to recomend them to people first class. GoogleI have used the guys at Tate Rowlands for several Investment Sales and Purchases over recent years. I must say that each time I do I am very impressed the service. Efficient, Professional and very importantly consistently achieves very good sales figures. I happy to pay their fees as they always get me a better sales price than the local competition. I suppose you get what you pay for!

GoogleSelling a house can be one of the most stressful things you go through as an individual, I walked into Tate Rowlands with the mindset that I'd be sitting on my pile of bricks for some time and the fact I was going to lose some of the investment I put into it. It was the first time I had to do this and I was dreading the process. I had an extremely warm welcome, Ben and Amy explained everything to me in detail and put my mind at ease from the start. My house sold within 6 days and I made some money in the process. If you want a professional and personalised service I would highly recommend. Thank You for everything.

GoogleTate Rowlands is by far the best estate agency company in flintshire. We have bought and sold properties with Tate Rowlands and from the first conversation to handing over the keys at the end of the sale Tate Rowlands are with you every step of the way. Your home is always respected during their company ran viewings which takes the stress away from the vendors. The members of staff are always friendly and professional. We can not fault Amy, Rachel and Laura. Fantastic support and excellent customer service. Don’t think twice and buy and/or sell with Tate Rowlands. You won’t be disappointed!!! 5*

GoogleI had an appointment to visit a property on sale on a Saturday morning at 10am. Nobody showed up. I tried to call and sent email but couldn't get hold of anyone. When i left i passed by the agency and saw that the property had been sold already. It would have been the minimum of respect to let me know in advance....

Helene, I can only apologise that you were badly let down. Yesterday I had a review in the Office to discover how this could happen. I can confirm the property is on the market but we had failed to up date our window and being a bank holiday Saturday our Office was closed,unfortunately the gentleman who was due to meet you did not note the appointment in his diary correctly and did not provide you with his mobile number. I know this will not bring back your wasted time and I sincerely apologise for this. I have been informed you have been called and our Sales Manager has apogised over the phone and rearranged for you to see the property this Saturday . GoogleTerrible experience dealing with these. My advice-if you can use anyone else -do so!! We sold with Reid and Roberts in 2 weeks - they were great. We bought with NewHomes4u - they were absolutely 5 star! Talk about different ends of the spectrum in service!! After the sellers pulled out on day of signing telling 3 sets of lies to different people (apparently we had pulled out?! Which left us homeless!!) the staff at Tate Rowlands said they were "horrified" and "so sorry" and they wouldn't deal with the sellers again as they had pulled out once before .... 4 months later it pops up on Rightmove that they are selling for them again!

GoogleDO NOT GO THERE !!!! PLEASE go for an other agency, they are the worst EVER ! They advise a furnished property without furniture. Let you live without it but paying full amount of rent. They are terrible, the worst don't got there ! There are plenty of other nice rental agency in London.

Paul - (July 2017) Following this review in 2017 Emilie kindly emailed me in June 2020 as she had not seen my reply before now. I have looked into this as best I can some 5 years after the event and I believe that Emilie was wronged. I believe Tate, on this occasion, did not look after Emilie as we should have. I have apologised over the phone and written to her as well. On this occasion I regret to say we deserved this review and I hope in some small way I will have corrected this for Emilie now. GoogleWhen Paul Tate told me about his first bad review in 16 years I had to write my own. As a Tenant I have been renting through Tate Residential for over 10 years and 4 properties later I can honestly state I would never consider renting through another Agency. If I had to sum them up I would say they have always been fair honest and efficient.

GoogleEverything was perfectly fine with them until completion date - we got keys from their office and apparently - no one checked the house after previous owners left. The house we wanted to buy was looking completely different than the house we went into. Previous owners apparently decided to devastate the house they're leaving which will cost us a fortune to fix now, but neither solicitor nor this agency want to take a blame for it.
