Our experience in buying through Sutton Kersh has been seamless and amazing from start to finish! Kerrie pushed through our offer on our purchase and we really appreciated her securing our forever home 🥰 We then had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda and Gayle in the sales progression team, who despite us having numerous issues with the bottom of our chain, pushed our sale through to the very end! Just so disappointed that we didn't use Sutton Kersh as our selling agents as they were absolutely amazing, especially compared to our estate agents who we received hardly any communication from - even on our completion day!

I called this estate agents yesterday and unfortunately the house I wanted to see had just sold. However after listening to what type of property we were looking for I then told the person we spoke to about issues we'd had buying another house elsewhere in January. Long story short, in five minutes we received more advice and guidance than any estate agents I've ever spoken to and we weren't even buying through them.
