GoogleSutton Kersh in Allerton rd: Just sold my recently passed away Mums house and from start to finish the professionalism of Fran D (She treated me with down to earth care and attention at a sad time in my life) and the girls in the office gave outstanding customer service. The time/effort and communication was 100% and will be recommending these guys to all my business friends and family. Strongly suggest if about to sell your property then stick with the tried and trusted estate agent method it always pays to do things properly. Other options such as the green/red/yellowbricks method (or whatever they are called) will give you a 30-60% effort and return OR go to Sutton Kersh and always get 100% result. IT MAKES SENSE TO USE A PROPER PROFESSIONAL ESTATE AGENTS AND SUTTON KERSH ARE THE BEST! Tony Standish and family

GoogleExcellent professional service throughout . Fair valuation & excellent marketing resulted in a cash buyer offering the asking price. The sales progression team are particularly impressive with a friendly yet tenacious approach to getting across the line . My solicitor was not the fastest or most proactive and SK kept up the momentum. All completed in about 3 months . Can not recommend them more highly

GoogleJulie, and all the staff at Sutton Kersh, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish of a very tricky house move. They held our tenous chain together despite all the odds thanks to their pure professionalism and fine tuned interpersonal expertise. Without them holding the chain together, doing both their own work and that of the fixed-rate estate agents further up the chain, I can confidently say that we would not have achieved the move into our dream house. So thank you Sutton Kersh! Could not recommend them more, worth every penny.

GoogleMy offer was accepted on my purchase through Sutton Kersh. However, the sale on my house fell through on 3 occasions (buyer pulling out) and the team at SK were so proactive in keeping the purchase of my new home on track. Throughout the whole process they were so supportive, professional and reactive, kept me informed, liaised with all concerned and made a difficult time so much easier. They really did go above and beyond my expectations. I love my new home and I'm really happy here. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleI work in the property industry myself and Sutton Kersh have always been viewed as 'top dog', number 1 in the sector but after dealing with them personally, i now understand it is very much the opposite. Only department that are actually helpful are Auctions. Lettings never answer the phone and apparently no one can help. Useless. Only bothered when they're getting money, after that they haven't got any time for you. Even management are useless, reported something 3 months ago and still waiting on a response. Only person in management that is helpful is Evelyn Ross.

Googleone of the horrible letting company they don't keep privacy of tenants and shears all the details with landlord or may be with others u never know but they did shear my details with the landlord.

GoogleWorst agents ever encountered. Requested for viewing through website, twice, no response. Called them, they didn't answer, twice. Left voicemail regarding appoinment, they didn't come back. So, went to their office and requested for property viewing, they told they shall contact the existing tenants and arrange a date and time for viewing and would contact me regarding the appointment. Never heard from them.

Looking for a property to rent in the City Centre, spoken to Mary in Lettings and she has registered my details, and talked me through all the requirements needed to get a property (different requirements needed as I am self employed). Still waiting for other agents to get back to me. Proactive and helpful in Sutton Kersh City Centre. Very impressed.

GoogleAfter searching for my next dream home for what seemed a lifetime, I discovered it one evening online and immediately fell in love with it. It had everything I wanted plus more! So, not wanting to miss out I emailed the team at Sutton Kersh and managed to arrange a viewing for a few days later. After turning up and falling even more in love with the property and knowing that I had to have it, I discovered I was the last one to view (Number 16) and there were already offers going in. Thank goodness the vendors didn't decide to cancel my appointment. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I put in my offer then was advised it was going to best and final offer. Arrrrgh - I'd done that before and it didn't work out but thought 'you've got to be in it to win it'. And so I did. When Sutton Kersh called with the news, I couldn't have been happier. And then the relationship with SK really began. Over the 3 months it took to complete (due to challenges further down the chain), the team were continually in touch with me, helped organise additional viewings with the vendor, and also helped me arrange my mortgage in addition to surveys and other stuff. It was like a one-stop shop and they were amazing! Finding your dream home can be pretty overwhelming but you'll know when you find it. And Sutton Kersh will help you do that, making it a virtually effortless experience on your behalf. Exactly what's needed when tackling what could be one of the most stressful times in your life. I now have my dream home and the thanks goes out to Sutton Kersh - brilliant!!
