GooglePhoned multiple times before anyone answered. Booked a viewing which they confirmed by email. No one turned up. "We phoned but you didn't answer so we cancelled". No message left, no text or email. Unprofessional and lazy.

GoogleTerrible service. It took days of calling and sending emails (during weekday work hours) to set up a viewing of a house. We were then stood up without any explanation after waiting for half an hour outside the viewing. We of course called, but no one answered. I sent an email requesting an explanation but that was weeks ago. Nothing. The house is still for sale so I can't imagine what their plan is there.

GoogleKayleigh and Sue from the lettings team have been fantastic. Very professional and informative - no task is too much to ask of them. After experiencing what I can only describe as a year of of hell with my previous estate agents, Kayleigh and Sue were determined to find me the right tenant and they did all this within 3 days of marketing the property!! I've been wowed by the level of service Sutton Kersh provides and wouldn't use anybody else moving forward :) Thank you!

GoogleI would like to thank Kayleigh Chadwick for all her and help, support an patience during the process of moving into the property. We both found the service with Kayleigh excellent from the start of the process right up until yesterday when we signed the tenancy agreement. I would definitely come to Sutton Kersh again if I was looking for a property and that's all down to Kayleigh. I would also like to thanks Luke & Sue who helped us yesterday when my mum couldn't remember her log in details for her emails. They were both very professional, friendly and sorted the problem out straight away. Thanks again for everything you done for us. My mum and I are really excited to move into the property.

GoogleI recently bought a property from Sutton Kersh - West Derby branch. Josie has been more than amazing. Lettings team has been amazing as well, thank you Sue, thank you Kayleigh. Property was let at no time, everything went smooth and fast. I am sure I forget some names there, my apologies to them. The overall experience was great, that's the one place I would definitely use again.

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. Had a viewing at Waterloo Warehouse, had no confirmation call on the day although it was confirmed a couple of days earlier via text. Turned up five minutes before my viewing and gave them a call to ask where to go as I had no instructions and was advised the viewer would come down and meet me. Waited a further 15 minutes in the rain and still nothing so I called back into the office and they advised they where unable to get in touch with the viewing agent. Terrible service when looking for an apartment.
