GoogleI was unsure whether to rent or sell the property but the agents from Sutton Kersh West Derby provided all the information I needed to make a decision. Whilst preparing the house for rental Kayleigh has provided support and answers to my queries as a first time landlord and kept me informed on progress with prospective tenants.

GoogleI have been working with Sue and Kayleigh in the lettings department for a few months now and I am really pleased with their service. They both have a very good knowledge of Liverpool and they have been able to rent our properties out above market value within just 2 days! They are both very quick at replying to our emails and are always more than happy to help (even after office hours!) GoogleI've dealt with Kayleigh and Sue at Sutton Kersh (West Derby branch) over the past 18m months or so as a landlord renting a property from a distance. During this time they have been so helpful both in getting the property renovated and rented. The level of service has been excellent and the care that they have taken has been outstanding. Having used many letting agents over the past 20 years in properties across the UK, Sutton Kersh have been the best experience I have had as a landlord. GoogleI honestly wouldn’t believe this company has had that many 5stars from people because they are very rude condescending and when it comes to getting back deposit they avoid phone calls and send you on wild goose chases, they also don’t do well with keeping agreements they will do everything in their power to dupe you of your hard earned money, tried charging me £70 for disposing one item in the fridge yes that’s right one item to be thrown in the bin they tried to charge £70, stay well away if you want peace of mindNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDo not rent through this agent. They are absolutely useless. They will fail to give notice to your landlord, ignore you when you flag broken fire alarms, door handles etc. and then you will be hit with a big bill when you leave. Passed from pillar to post and no one seems to have a clue how to do their job. Use at your own risk. Appalling service that helps unscrupulous landlords to exploit their tenants.

GoogleCouldn’t be more pleased with the attention I was given by Sutton Kersh. Rent is reasonable for the area and the whole process from initial enquiry to moving in went smoothly and professionally. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and aside from being friendly (which always helps) were ultimately efficient and quick. Thank you guys.

GoogleWe had to take a short term rental in between our house sale and purchase and we were anxious going into the rental world . Those fears were soon put to bed dealing with sutton kersh Especially Annie our wonderful point of contact . . She dealt with all of our rental from start to finish and we have got to say the whole experience was great . Kudos to the whole team and keep up the great work you guys are doing

GoogleCompletely unacceptable to take all of our details, do a soft credit check, arrange a viewing yesterday for today and let the property out without informing us. We've had to travel from another city. I checked the property on Rightmove to see it had been let before calling them at 11.48 to confirm, when our viewing is arranged for 12.45. no notice from them either.

GoogleAs a tenant of 10 years, I can't fault them as a letting agent. Both Marial and Eve are fantastic in what they do and very supportive in every way. The only downside is their maintenance department - for 2 years I have to endure a leaking roof, which I had to have environmental health to investigate in order to get things moving...and yet there are still a few issues that have not been completed as yet.
