GoogleRecently I’ve started renting a house from this Lettings agency and my experience with the whole team has been great. Mollie Smith has been very nice and helpful and always responsive if I have problems All the other agents I’ve spoke with have been friendly, professional and polite.

GoogleWe are due to get the keys to our rented property tomorrow and everyone we have dealt with so far have been lovely and really helpful (Sian, Mollie & Hannah). Booking the viewing and application went seamlessly, and has been a much better experience than other letting agents I have dealt with in the past! Looking forward to getting our keys and moving home!

GoogleI really can't fault Sutton Kersh at all from start to finish. I was looking for a rental property and from my initial enquiry about a viewing right through to me getting my keys today I've received nothing but prompt and helpful responses and updates. This is the first time I've leased a property and Mollie and Justine have made the the whole process run very smoothly and I can't thank them enough.

GoogleI had to sell my mums flat for her and chose Sutton Kersh as she had previously bought the flat via them. From the initial valuation visit to the final handover of the keys to the buyer took less than 3 months and that included Christmas and New Year. The agents very quickly lined up multiple accompanied visits and within days of being shown a buyer was found. I was kept informed at all stages of the process by the friendly sales progression team. GoogleLooking for a house recently, we were so lucky to meet the letting agent, Chris from Suttonkersh in L18 1LN. He is a helpful and professional agent, He always show up earlier at the property and share the house information thoroughly and clearly. He closely follow up our house viewing and rental issue. Julie Marchant was the sales person looking after my house sale and l have to say if you want someone who goes that extra mile, is outstandingly professional with real compassion and vast experience, then ask for Julie. She was a delight to meet when viewing the property and has answered all of my questions professionally and within a short time frame. I can't fault the service or the staff at all. GoogleSutton Kersh is just another company trying to bully and scam its less informed customers. I have never seen a company try and be so dishonest with their customers to the point of just lying in order to try and squeeze profit out of me. Their agent tried to force me to stay after a fixed term tenancy was over by trying to convince me it was the law that we give a month's notice, or they would still charge us this month's rent. All of which isn't true and was just a pathetic attempt to extract more money from their customers. When questioned about this they continued to try and defend their position that we had to pay, and it was only when I got a solicitor involved they backed down. They also lack basic knowledge of the housing act and become rude if not hostile when it is quoted to them. Overall, if you want an estate agent you can trust this is not the place, be very wary as they will try to get money off you in any way they can and display a lack of professionalism.

GoogleI have dealt with Sutton Kersh in all capacities, with rental & sales. What I love about both teams is the due care they give to their clients, prompt responses and nothing ever being too much trouble. So when credit is due it’s nice to put in writing for all to see. As a client for over 15 years I would never use anyone else, Kayleigh Chadwick & Sue Coulthard & Nick Hunt to name a few have always assisted with our rental portfolio, I can’t thank them enough. Nothing is ever too much and service is always with a warm welcome & going that extra mile. Recently I’ve used the Sales Team, again bug thanks to Michael Carden & Callum who have been fab. Having dealt with other agents these certainly surpass any other! So a massive thank you team !!!credit where due!! We will continue to use you throughout our rental portfolio & new sale. Brilliant service every time!!
