GoogleFirst time landlord. Mollie and Hannah answered my questions, sorted everything out, very efficient and made things very easy. They noticed an error in the gas certificate and chased up the gas company to sort it out, so I appreciate them taking compliance seriously, I imagine a lot of people treat it just a tick box exercise. Will be using them again!

GoogleExcellent service from Mollie, Hannah and the lettings team at Sutton Kersh. I had always managed my own lettings but this made life so much easier. They found good tenants quickly with clear pricing and were thorough in setting up the tenancy. I would use again.

GoogleI dealt with Sutton Kersh to rent my first property i dealt with Kayleigh and Millie and they were both excellent never made me feel uncomfortable and help me every step of the way they were both very helpfull when it’s done to understanding information Some much communication with they both They both went above and beyond to help me from the very beginning I would highly recommend Kayleigh and Millie to anyone looking for agent who truly cares about their clients

Google5* service from start to finish. I have dealt with sutton kersh after a smooth process last time. Yet again the service has been amazing. The lettings manager Kayleigh was so helpful in finding what i was looking for. The communication throughout was second to none and she helped with any questions. The whole process was efficient and the friendly, professional service made it ao much better. Thank you

GoogleNicky in the lettings team has been amazing so far. I’m a first time landlord and she has been super helpful and thorough at every step of the process. She even came to meet me at the house on her day off because that was the only day I could get up there! She has a lot of experience as is able to advise on all aspects of lettings, and is also able to advise when it comes to finding my next property to refurb. Thank you Nicky!

GoogleWow! Made renting a house such a breeze! it was hard to secure a rental with the properties crisis in the area. Kayleigh, Lettings Manager was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from which type the house I would need for my family size. She is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in my family size and our price range! She is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I felt lucky to work with Sutton Kersh. Is absolutely wonderful to work with Kayleigh. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She is the best! She kept me taught about available properties and let me know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was more than helpful in finding me a house. Great environment, professional and nice people in Sutton Kersh. Kayleigh and Siobhan care about their clients and they are always updated with what’s going on in the market. I recommend Sutton Kersh to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction. Highly recommended.

GoogleNicky ford has recently help take over the management of my property from another agent who was not performing as I would of hoped. From initial contact I felt reassured that I was in safe hands. Despite the previous agent making it as hard as possible for Nicky to take over the property she kept on the pressure and got the property signed over and the new tenancy agreement in place. I was kept up to date through the whole process which made the situation alot less stressful. All future properties will be going straight to Nicky.
