GoogleAs a buyer, Sutton kersh is not a great estate agent. My experience has been that they lie their way through the communication. If they don’t like you, they won’t put your offer in a positive light. They tell you that a certain price is what the seller is looking for, then they tell you it not all about the money once you give that price. And instead prioritise other offers even though your offer is the highest. Even though I’m a FT buyer.
Just be wary when dealing with this EA

GoogleI recently bought a property through Sutton Kersh, and I have to say, Mary Kate was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Buying a home is never easy, but mine was especially stressful with so many delays and my mortgage offer close to expiring. I was very worried, but Mary Kate kept everything on track and made sure I felt supported the whole way through.
She kept me updated constantly, always took my calls, and genuinely cared about making things as smooth as possible for me. It didn’t matter how many times I reached out, she always made me feel like I was her top priority, which really helped ease my stress. She just got on with things and made sure progress was being made, even when it felt like progress had slowed down.
I also want to mention Debbie, who stepped in when needed and helped keep everything moving along. Together with Mary Kate, they made an amazing team.
Thanks to Mary Kate’s hard work and dedication, i’ve been able to complete the purchase. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I honestly couldn’t recommend Sutton Kersh enough, especially Mary Kate. She made what could’ve been a nightmare into a great experience. Thank you again for everything!

We went there for a mortgage advice (which costs around £500 and we're willing to pay).
We expend 1 hour hearing how good they're and why we should choose them.
The person promised an email so we can send our docs same day and guess what.. we got ghosted.. no emails or phone calls..
I'd call them twice since then but the person responsible are aways busy...
If they don't wanna help, they should at least give us a call and let us know (we don't expect a reason, just a friendly phone)
I don't believe stop answering phone calls is something business should do...
