GoogleWaste of time,never answer phone when say they will ring you back don't, we wanted to view a property, but sutton kersh never got back to us,feel sorry for anyone trying to sell a property with them,good luck,get another estate agent who care

Google**Review from a potential buyer’s perspective** I feel sorry for anyone who has listed their property for sale with this agency, because frankly, they’re terrible at this. The short version is they just don’t communicate. Phone, email, voicemail, rightmove/zoopla enquiries from credible buyers are seemingly ignored. I was looking at a house earlier this year. In a very fortunate position of being a first time buyer, no chain, and willing/able to say yes to somewhere I liked. However, I found no matter the day of the week/time of day, the phone rang out. Emails, voicemails, enquiries through listings sites made but met with radio silence. After over a week of trying, they finally answered the phone. However, I got wishy-washy responses in trying to setup a viewing. I was told I’d be updated, but found myself having to repeatedly chase with further (mostly unanswered) phone calls. Eventually the house was surreptitiously marked as sold STC - a buyer being lined up may explain the lack of responses to direct email and rightmove enquiries, but it doesn’t seem explain why they never pick up the phone. Where it gets interesting - the house then was re-listed, but they NEVER got back to me (I’d bought another place via a competent agency, thankfully.) Now if I was the vendor whose sale fell through, I’d be quite happy if the agency said ‘don’t worry about it, there’s another strong buyer lined up’, but no. It was listed for months after. The worst part is this is ongoing - one of my friends is currently eyeing another place listed by Sutton Kersh, and has gone through WEEKS of back and forward in trying to secure a viewing, despite having a strong MIP and all the other particulars. Three weeks of missed phone calls and unanswered emails. If you’re a vendor and you’re scratching your head why no-one is interested in your place, this is why! To Sutton Kersh: I was literally a ‘shut up and take my money’ kind of buyer who sailed through my recent purchase, but you didn’t give me the time of day, and your vendor lost out as a result. If I ever come to sell my place, I feel like I’ll do better with a post-it on the window or a corner shop than I would hiring you.

GoogleFabulous service and communication from the sales team at Sutton kersh west derby. Excellent advice and feedback throughout. They promptly organised several viewings and accompanied them which we preferred. The photography and marketing was great and really showed the house in its best light. We sold within four weeks and Adam was a great help chasing the sale through from beginning to end with what proved to be a really difficult and long chain. We wouldn’t hesitate Sutton Kersh to friends and friends. Kate x

GoogleGreat service from the lettings department. My tenant had a problem with the gas boiler and rodent issue and this was speedily sorted out with reliable trades people. Many thanks to Sam Coy and Reece for handling these issues so speedily Dec 2024 5 stars Again great service from the lettings department at Sutton Kersh.Many thanks to Jackie and Justine for their invaluable help for the speedy and trouble free relet of my rental property in less than a week, from the previous tenant leaving to the new tenant arriving.
