GoogleThe worst company I have ever dealt with. I give 1 star because I cant give 0. When I moved into the flat offered by this agency I was very happy, very helpful as was the owner, everything changed over time, the employees became rude, when I informed them that I was moving out I received different information from each employee, I was told to pay to put the flat back on the market and the apartment did not end up there at all, I was assured by Melanie Newcombe that within a few days they would find a new tenant so that I would not have to pay another rent without living there (and since I am disabled it would be a huge burden for me), I received an assurance from the director of the agency that the tenant's case would be resolved within 24 hours and after 24 hours I received information from the building manager that I had to pay rent because the new tenant would move in in a month. I will not even mention the deposit because it is another nightmare and I have already stopped hoping that I will get it back. after renovation and cleaning? That's good. It's a pity that the person who wrote the response to my opinion doesn't have the courage to sign with his name and surname so that I can directly respond to these half-truths. You write slander and attack without reason but it doesn't change the fact that you act meanly and discriminatory. I deeply regret that I ever came into contact with this agency, you made me start to doubt the integrity and sense of empathy among the English. It's a great pity because I admired the English for that.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. However we believe you have got confused with the process. You were in a fixed term contract when you informed us you were vacating. In order to break that contract you had to pay an early termination fee at which point we found a replacement tenant for the property. At no point did we promise a timescale, the 24hrs you mentioned was the timescale we expected a holding deposit to be paid by the interested applicants, not to move in.. Regards to the deposit unfortunately after cleaning and the need to redecorate due to the condition the property was left in, a claim on the deposit was necessary.

GoogleI was looking to move due to my current landlady not keeping house in good repair, landlady decided to sign up with Sure Lettings to manage several of her properties due to not being able to manage disrepair herself. Klio has been dealing with this and has been professional during a very difficult time trying to manage the landladys budget and disgruntled tennants. Millie has shown me several houses and at last we found the perfect one. Millie has been very helpful and is always friendly and comes back with a quick response to any questions. Excellent service from both Millie and Klio despite the unfortunate circumstances of having to move. My situation is down to poor management from my current landlady and not because of Sure Lettings they have been excellent and I would recommend them, especially Millie and Klio.

GoogleThe whole process of renting was smooth, starting from the viewing to the moving in, all agents we interacted with were excellent and friendly. Milie was very kind in getting the window curtain agreed with the landlord. Visit to their office for collecting the keys was also made convenient for us, Yvonne was very helpful in explaining the details and offering any help we needed then and thereafter. Kleo and Jessie were also very helpful. Everyone was helpful to be honest. Absolutely great experience so far, looking forward for the same as we move in and the property gets managed by them.

GoogleI’m really pleased with SureLet. I had a couple sets of tenants pull out at the last minute, which started to put us in a difficult financial position. I reached out to SureLet for help, and on the same day, they arranged a viewing. Just three days later, I had multiple prospective tenants with offers on the property, enabling us to successfully let it out.

GoogleVery nice and follow up from this firm has been amazing. Shahzeb & Millie specifically from lettings team have been really amazing with their job. Special mention of Shahzeb he caters to all the requirements of clients and attends to each detail we mentioned and is very kind and polite and patient and extremely reliable lettings agency in Burton upon trent.

GoogleExperience from a landlord: I am with Sure Lettings for almost 4 years. Sure rental team is professional and friendly. They know the market well. They match the right tenants with the right house. The team provides management, care and regular checks for the property. My contacts are Jessie and Kleo, they always act promptly to requests from myself and tenants. I would highly recommend Sure.

GoogleI have been a long term client of Surelet and have continually used them when required. Rang them on short notice managed to squeeze me in. The Staff and Management are very knowledgeable and professional gave me good indications to rents achievable in the area. Received excellent service from Jessie, I would recommend Surelet to any future landlord they are simply fantastic! The service has been incredible, it really has been 5*
