GoogleDealt with Sure Lettings recently and renting a property currently through them, we originally viewed a property with them which wasn't right for us, the agent who did the viewing with me was helpful and made suggestions for another property which would be available with them shortly, we arranged to view this property and loved it. We have found all of the staff helpful, a special mention goes to Alex though who has always returned my calls and replied to my emails within a suitable time.

They found good quality tenants for me very quickly, took care of absolutely everything for me and dealt with me and the tenants in a thorough and very professional way. Any queries were dealt with quickly and the whole team were really helpful and friendly. I’d have no hesitation using them again or recommending to friends.

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful customer service, me and my partner needed a property super fast as we are due our little boy in 3.5 weeks. They not only went above and beyond but they found us a beautiful 2 bed apartment in a gated community but also got it for us well under budget. And have had carpets changed! Very happy with the service provided by sure lettings amazing company and staff...!!!

Mitch the estate agent provide a great Viewing and even the picked house was sold,we were able to find even better replacement for better money.Sophie as support office she is adorable and great help with every question I asked.So all in all go for it those guys know what they doing and I bet they can help you aswell.Mike

GoogleIt's said that selling/buying a home is one of the most stressful times. But right from the start at valuation with Andrew, the viewings and offers dealt with by Claire and Kate, and throughout the sale stage with Rosena, the Sure team in Burton & Littleover eased us through the whole process with care and attention, responding to and dealing quickly with all our communications. Really, they couldn't have been more helpful, and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone selling a home in the area. Thanks!

Googlethis worthless so called agent took money of me failed to carry out a repair, blamed the tenant. I had to carry out a exist inspection as the idiot must gave been asleep and blind! they charged the tenant for my inspection! DONT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, LIE AND BLAME LANDLORDS AND TENANTS! so csllwd franchise owner did not have the bottle to see me following serveral requests! landlord and tenants stay away inless you want to be ripped out!
