GoogleI have to say that having dealt with a few letting agencies, Surelet have been by far the most efficient and helpful from the initial phone enquiry, matching of property requirements, application process (which included re-opening the office when they were closed on a Saturday afternoon for us) and finally the hand over. I haven't had to chase anything once! and they have maintained regular contact at all times. Five star service for SURE :)

GoogleWe had a slow start with this company. Things agreed upon before moving in were not done. How much was down to the company and how much down to the landlord I am not sure. However, our new contact James has been a breath of fresh air. Always courteous, professional and sorts issues quickly. His attitude makes me feel like a valued customer, which in my experience is not the norm for tenants in this industry.
