GoogleI'm very glad to have shared my first experience of moving with Sure Lettings. They have been extremely helpful in finding me an apartment. Always happy to answer any questions, with speedy communication from staff. The staff have been wonderful and professional and made sure the property was at a high standard before moving in. I would 100% recommend for someone who is moving out for the first time. Thanks again!

GoogleRob and Charlotte were fantastic showing me around the property, made me feel confident I was in good hands. All my questions were answered with enthusiasm. The process was really efficient, I viewed the property on a Tuesday and was offered the apartment on the Friday. Tip top job!

GoogleAVOID this company at all costs, poor service and its not what it says on the tin. If you really want somewhere to call a home this isn't a place you will find it. Believe me when I say that I regret every ounce of effort, time and money spent...

GooglePoor customer service once we handed notice in after 6 years.waited for call backs and emails that never came.quite rude on the phone and very unhelpful.

Hello Leigher, it is a shame you feel that way especially after so many years. We have been in communication with you regarding the dilapidations and condition of the property after you vacated. It was disappointing for the landlord and this has contributed to a longer timeframe than we would have liked.
