GoogleJust got a flat from this letting agency, i couldnt be more happy with the quality of service, a lady named Jessica went above and beyond to help me with my application and my guarantor. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a place to use this letting agency

GoogleWOULD RATE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!! I rented a property through surelet initially which was then managed and not maintained by the landlord! Surelet only did the check in and check out reports when I rented this property!! They had nothing to do with anything else in regards to managing the property whilst I occupied this said property... only to suddenly pop up and defend the crook of a landlord when a dispute was made over the deposit by myself! They did all this landlords dirty work!!! And even involved there Director - Paul Saunders! The dispute was raised due to poor living conditions mold ect... which the landlord completey denied and these cow boys backed up!! The point I am trying to make is surelet are liars! And only have there commission and landlords best interests at heart! Do not rent a property through these lot!! They don't care about tenants! And aslong as a landlord is paying them you haven't got a chance!!! AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePhoned to enquire about a house for sale and to arrange a viewing. Phoned 3 times, left 2 messages with contact phone number which I was told would be passed to the sales team, waited 2 days...and still no-one has tried to contact me.

Hello Todor, Thank you for your remarks, sorry to hear your experience wasn't the best, I understand that the landlord didn't agree to some of your resquests which can be frustrating and disappointing. If you have found our remarks either blunt or direct it may have soemthing to do with your derogatory and offensive communication, despite being warned. I do not expect anyone, especially the team to be spoken to insuch a way and something we don't tolerate.

Googlei have just agreed a rental agreement with Sure lettings and so far has been hassle free. I have been dealing with Jessica Thompson and Robert Blakeman from viewing and through the application and have been kept up to date the entire way
