GoogleThe team at Sure have looked after my property for a number of years now following a tenancy move where my agents at the time weren’t proactive to replace tenants. Jemma of Sure, assured me this wouldn’t be the case if I placed my trust in them and she want wrong. Since then Rob, Tom and a few other members have the team have kept the property occupied and dealt with the nuances that come with being a landlord. 100% impressed with Sure, we work with them professionally too now due to their standards, if you’re a landlord, give them a bell. You won’t be disappointed.

GoogleI have spotted a property to let since November and contacted them around mid November. Since that time I have tried numerous times to contact their branch by phone or email but no luck... Thus I have decided to go by myself and have a look to see what's is going on by their office. I met a girl in the reception who told me that I should have an appointment to visit the office. When I challenged her for not being kind to send a reply that they had already give the property to someone else since December, (although it is still on their website), she started to say that it is not their job to reply to inquires when the house is given. Then I asked if as I have seen a similar property on the window about it and she said that this property is not available and she tried to show me another one. I said that that area is out of my interest and thanked her. Well I don't think that I will try to do business with this office again for obvious reasons....

GoogleI called to ask about one of their listed properties, when I asked about said property they told me the landlord doesn't accept children. Your advertisment online doesn't say say so because it will get removed because it is discriminatory. You are implicitly promoting discrimination by listing that property and when confronted I was told they will tell the landlord. They did not even follow up and offer something else or ask if I'd be interested in any other properties. Solid 1/5 from me.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHave used Sure Lettings for a couple of years now and feel i have had excellent service from the whole team at an affordable rate. Raman has always worked hard to keep the property rented out , and Kelly and Sonja are always on hand to answer and sort out any questions I may have ,making a great team -- Highly Recommend and would be my first port of call for a Letting service in the area.

GoogleWould avoid, very painful to agency at the beginning going through 'good lord' or whatever, so much extra stuff needed when it was not necessary. Throughout tenancy they have been delayed with help, only answering problems a couple days a week with then the problems getting sorted weeks after or if there was mould to just open a window. WOULD AVOID

Sorry you felt the Goodlord process was painful. The increased government legislations have meant this process needs to be more in depth now but we will pass your comments onto Goodlord, direct. Regards to your other points if you could call the office on 01452310999 and ask for a manager we will happily discuss these issues with you and sorry your experience so far has not been positive.

Jessica has been dealing with us since we enquired about viewing a few properties and she has been fantastic, we was about to give up looking for houses, but then we viewed a few houses and she was determined to get us in a property and now it's happening!
