Sure have been amazing in every aspect of our letting process, most estate agents "look after" thier clients until the deposit is paid but Elizabeth kept us in the loop at all points got back to us everytime she said she would. We even had an issue due to the previous tenants and the director called to sort it personally. This Estate Agent will treat you as people rather than a sale and I would be Sure to recommend them to anyone considering using this great team of people!

Fantastic experience all round when renting a property. Elizabeth did a great job from the viewing through to handling queries about the contract - she was friendly and very quick to respond to emails which is hugely reassuring when going through the process. Rosena was also great in finalising everything and kept me informed which was very much appreciated. On the whole it was a great experience and the online tools to manage the process made it very smooth.

We used Sure for both the sale of our property and purchase of the one we moved into. Lauren and Andrew were excellent throughout. They were always available to answer any calls or questions we had and were really supportive. I made an application in order to see an apartment in person, which I presume was rejected. Sure let called a few days later and I unfortunately missed that call. After calling back numerous times and leaving multiple messages with other staff I still have not had a call back for 5 days. I rented a flat from Sure Gloucester for 18 months. They were very helpful in sorting the rental contract, repairs were dealt within 48 hours, and their staff are pleasant and professional to deal with. They do check in on rental properties every 4 months, which is more than you may be used to with a private landlord and my rent increased after 18 months, which is the landlord's prerogative. I gave notice on the tenancy as I moved out of the area, and leaving was smooth - viewings sorted out in one day, deposit returned in a timely fashion and helpful with outstanding issues. Terrible. Avoid! Very unprofessional staff who clearly can't be bothered, who answer the phone by just saying hello... with the exception of Hannah. We waiting over a month to get our deposit back after we moved out and whenever we had issues at the property we rented, they would send the worst handyman/woman they could find, who bodged the job everytime. We had slugs everywhere in the kitchen when we first moved in and damp crawling up the walls, we moved out for our health. Yet they still wanted to increase the rent, absolute joke. The property was not managed very well. After we moved out, we had to post our keys through the letterbox as no-one was in at the office... at 10am. Then they lost the keys! Not well managed at all.

Phoned to enquire about a house for sale and to arrange a viewing. Phoned 3 times, left 2 messages with contact phone number which I was told would be passed to the sales team, waited 2 days...and still no-one has tried to contact me. Update - 5 days now and still no contact. As a landlord looking for another investment property, I now would neither buy or sell through this company. Re response - Thank you for responding to this review. Just to clarify though, when I phoned 3 times, each time I spoke to a person (someone called Rob on one occasion I believe) and twice I was assured my contact number would be messaged to the sales team as they were busy and/or out of the office. Absolutely appauling service for tenants. Very poor landlords you will be left for months for things to get fixed. Took our old landlord 6 months to fix the waste water that was filling up our kitchen from the landlords upstairs property. You will receive very little communication from Surelet. Twice I've rented a property through Surelet and twice I've been left upset and out of pocket. I'm shocked as to how they still have business.
