GoogleDON'T !! there property management team are very rude, unprofessional and not helpful they will be on the landlord side and will try to take your deposit (thanks for the deposit protection scheme they couldn't )

GoogleI requested a viewing on a property as a cash buyer and agreed a time and date…..I arrived at the property and the agent never checked my name or even had the courtesy to say good morning or introduce himself…..showed absolute zero interest in showing me around just opening doors and not showing any enthusiasm to sell the property….. I switched off….lost confidence and left after short time….customer service was terrible and regardless of amount of money the property is worth you treat people with respect and care….I will not be using this company for any other properties

GoogleSarah Fisher has been credible throughout my time with them. When there was water leakage inside wall of the building, she offered a hotel, due I choose to stay in a friends. But she been absolutely great.

GoogleThe team at surelet come across is very helpful to begin with. Just before I moved out they increased the rent by 26% and when I ask them why they blamed the landlord. Having cleaned the place from top to bottom. I was very disappointed to be given a charge when they did their inspection of the property.They charged me £250 for a cleaning bill. They also continued to take money for my account after my settlement date was over and took a week to respond and replace my funds to my bank account. Sarah Fisher is at best useless and will blame everybody else for her adequacies, she will go around with a fine tooth comb trying to find fault and charge the tenants in order to make more money for the landlord. The property was rundown cold and dirty when I took it over. Please not waste your money with this organisation as they are at best unprofessional uncaring and then sympathetic.

GoogleTheir service is really good. On the coldest day, the boiler at home was failed, I called them in the morning and got help from Kleo. In the afternoon, maintenance person came to repair it. They handled things very efficiently and it is worth it praise.
