What a team they are amazing. We selected Sugdens after my father in law died of COVID and we were left the house to sell. They made the process very simply to understand at such a hard time as the house had been in the family for many years. Due to us living at the other end of the country communications was key for us. I could not fault them they were so helpful, efficient and stayed calm even if we had called them multiple times cause the buyer was taking so long. Sugdens also went above and beyond what should have been an easy sale but landed up to be very time consuming sale. Unfortunately after this sale it is unlike that we will need to use Sugdens again however for anyone reading this review please consider Sugdens we cant thank them enough.

We used Sugdens to sell our property and buy our new one.  We hoped to proceed quickly but it wasn’t possible, no fault of Sugdens, they were amazing through both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new.  Communication with them was always spot on and they always followed through. I would not recommend Joanne from the lettings team. She is very unprofessional, has no mannerism is communicating about concerns. She assessed our home and was aware of several major concerns and instead of dealing with the issues, she then left to go on holiday for a week. When you inform her about concerns her response is huffing and then has put the phone down several times. Me And my partner pay the rent and we do not live for free. This service is appalling!

She is selling a property that we are buying and she has been so friendly and so willing to go above and beyond by chasing our solicitors and keeping us more up to date than they do!
