Sugdens provided me with a faultless service from my initial phone contact to completion of the sale. A special mention for Mark and Louise who were proactive, professional and not pushy. I would highly recommend Sugdens and will look to use them in the future should the need arise.

So glad we went with Sugdens to sell our property in the UK. Living abroad we were a little anxious about how the service and communication would go but in all honesty this was never an issue. From the moment we received a valuation right up until our property sold, we have received the best customer service we could have ever have hoped for. The emails were regular and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole team at the Idle branch are fantastic and professional. A special thanks to Louise who always made herself available with any concerns we may have had and constantly communicating where exactly in the process we were at. Highly recommend Sugdens to anyone requiring an estate agent, the service we have received has been faultless! N & M Davis.

I was a first time buyer, going through the process of purchasing a house on my own. I had been looking for a house for 4 years - and after poor service from multiple estate agents, within 6 months of singing up to Sugdens I found my dream home. The customer service from start to finish was flawless! I was regularly updated and received frequent contact from the amazing Louise. As a first time buyer clueless about utility bills and settling into the home Louise even supported me with queries outside of her role. Can not recommend Sugdens Idle enough! Even post purchase!! The hospitality and well wishes from the branch was lovely!!

Despite the purchase taking twice as long due to the vendor lacking the appropriate documentation (which was not the estate agent's fault), Louise provided excellent support throughout. She kept me updated from start to finish and was always quick to respond to any inquiries. Thank you, Louise, for your dedication and help!

The folk from whom I bought my house used sugdens. In my interactions with sugdens (Louise in the main) I always found them polite and swift to provide updates/answers to queries. This was in 2021 but I'm providing this review now after reviewing some old emails.

Beware of Julie & Penny

Lived at 2 crossley Street Queensbury, The property had black damp throughout the house , no window in bathroom, basement is full of silver fish no mater how many times you deep clean the place its traumatic to live there. Also Julie and Penny from sugdens are rude , no manners and do not listen to concerns. Also talk down to you just because they can I'm shocked that the manager hasn't looked into thier behaviour Discusting customer service.

Over the last seven years, Sugdens Queensbury have been involved in three transactions for me (sold two and bought one) including a particularly complex valuation and sale of an assisted living flat and have always been knowledgeable about their market and (particularly Maxine) superbly responsive and helpful.
