GoogleExcellent service from the staff at Sugdens. Louise in particular was always on hand if we had any queries. She updated us on a weekly basis even when nothing much had happened but at least we knew we hadn’t been forgotten. Sugdens provide a friendly, professional service at a competitive rate.

GoogleI recently sold my house with Sugdens! I dealt mostly with Ruby who was so helpful and kept me updated constantly! Sold my house within a couple of weeks when it had previously been listed with another agency for months. Defiantly the best estate agents in Idle!

GoogleI placed my house on the market with Sugdens in June last year. For various reasons, I didn’t move until 11 months later. The service and support given to me throughout was brilliant. Particular mention to Louise who kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to everyone in the Idle office who put up with me for so long. I can’t recommend this Estate Agent enough.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Sugdens and can't recommend them enough. From start to finish the whole team were great. Special mention to Louise who was fantastic. She provided regular updates throughout the whole process and was regularly chasing all parties involved to keep things moving. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if need be.

GoogleI used Sugdens Idle to sell my property as I'd had a really good experience with them when I bought the property. The whole team at Sugdens are fantastic- from getting a valuation through to completion day. Sugdens are a friendly team who kept me updated throughout the whole process. A special shout out to Louise who was amazing in getting us to completion day- Louise went above and beyond! I will use Sugdens again in the future and I would highly recommend Sugdens Idle to anyone who is looking to move!

GoogleI was advised to use Sugdens via a close friend, i am 100% glad i did. First of all the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Very quick service nothing was ever too much of a problem. Any query's i had were answered very quickly. My house was photographed, catalogued and detailed very professionally. Louise was very good to work with and nothing was too much trouble for her. All in all i was very happy with the service i received and would 100% use Sugdens again in the future. 5 stars from me 👍
