So glad we went with Sugdens to sell our property in the UK. Living abroad we were a little anxious about how the service and communication would go but in all honesty this was never an issue. From the moment we received a valuation right up until our property sold, we have received the best customer service we could have ever have hoped for. Sugdens were a dream to work with from start to finish and I'd highlighly recommend them to anyone thinking of going up for sale! Special thanks to Louise who was professional, in regular contact and gave excellent customer service from start to finish. Mark and Jayne were also helpful throughout the course of the sale. They made the process so easy from beginning to end! I'd just recommend not going with their preferred Solicitors, Elite Property Law, as they were not pleasant to deal with at all; thank goodness for Sugdens being happy to communicate with EPL on my behlaf! I was advised to use Sugdens via a close friend, i am 100% glad i did. First of all the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Very quick service nothing was ever too much of a problem. Any query's i had were answered very quickly. My house was photographed, catalogued and detailed very professionally. Louise was very good to work with and nothing was too much trouble for her. Bought a house recently through Sugdens and I've got to say, I was very pleased with how they handled everything from start to finish. Big shout out to Louise for all the help she gave us. She always stuck to her promises and dealt with every problem we faced efficiently. She always called us to update us about any queries we had. Never left us in the dark about anything - if she informed us she'd contact us back about a question, she stuck to that. Very rare to have someone always fulfilling their promises and she always made sure to do that. The other staff members were always on board to help as well in her absence so it was a team effort. Can't really thank the team at Idle enough for helping us buy our new home.

Sugdens in Cleckheaton... The worst agency I ever had to deal with. Horrible and disgusting experience. I can write the whole essay but will leave a few words as I don't think it deserves. Disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy liars. I am sure that even in such countries like North Korea or russia customers can get better, more qualified and more polite service than there.

I would not recommend Joanne from the lettings team. She is very unprofessional, has no mannerism is communicating about concerns. She assessed our home and was aware of several major concerns and instead of dealing with the issues, she then left to go on holiday for a week. When you inform her about concerns her response is huffing and then has put the phone down several times. Me And my partner pay the rent and we do not live for free. This service is appalling!
