GoogleI recently sold my house with Sugdens! I dealt mostly with Ruby who was so helpful and kept me updated constantly! Sold my house within a couple of weeks when it had previously been listed with another agency for months. Defiantly the best estate agents in Idle!

GoogleI booked a valuation through Sugdens and I dealt with a girl called Ruby. I was very impressed with her as she took the time on the morning of the valuation to call me and check that I was still happy with the arrangements and that nothing had changed.

GoogleI was interested in viewing a property, which was well within my financial means. I was given a date and time to view the property. I was asked if i worked i responded i was in receipt of benefits. I was then told i couldn't view the property as the landlord doesn't accept people on benefits. This is illegal and i thought such a long standing estate/letting agency would know that. Bradford Idle branch.

GoogleThe folk from whom I bought my house used sugdens. In my interactions with sugdens (Louise in the main) I always found them polite and swift to provide updates/answers to queries. This was in 2021 but I'm providing this review now after reviewing some old emails.

GoogleWe did the usual 3 sales valuations Sugdens were the better option in expected price etc. We were kept in the loop on every step via email phone calls etc everything ran smoothly I would have no hesitation in recommending them

GoogleThey used to charge high fees for applications and if you were unsuccesful they wouldn't give you a reason. Making themselves over £100 a pop. Thankfully the government has now made this unlawful and rightfully so.NegativeValue
