GoogleSue and her colleagues in the Liskeard office were brilliant throughout our house sale. Sue went above and beyond what we expected and kept us updated every step of the way. She was very approachable and straight talking. The team generated a lot of interest in our property and continued to help us right the way through. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would like to express my sincere gratitude towards Darly Jones and the rest of the Team at Stratton Creber whose professionalism went beyond my expectation to help me secure my first home, effectively and efficiently. After viewing the property, the experience was positive but as a first-time buyer I had no idea of what to do despite reading a lot about buying a house. As a first-time buyer I was not fully aware of the steps to follow in order to secure the property, I was completely out of depth however, Darly and the team at Stratton and Creber took their time to provide me with so much information and really engaged with me and explained the steps and what needs to be done in order to secure the property. After making an offer to a property, Dary and the team where very supportive and introduced me to their in-house solicitors who where very helpful but what stood out to me was despite engaging with the solicitors, the support and advise from Darly and the team did not stop there. I received regular calls from the team who checked on how I was doing and further offered advice and support in order to secure the property in a timely manner as they were aware that I would be starting a new job and had to move in a few weeks before my new role started. I was very pleased with the communication and the support that was provided throughout the entire process, and I did not feel stressed as I knew I had a great team who stick to their word and made sure everything was easy.

GoogleDaryl Jones, Dylan and Stefan have been incredibly helpful with the purchase of our new home. They went above and beyond to help no matter what the ask was. I highly recommend dealing with the Stratton Creber team in Truro, they rock!! Darren Hearne was our Mortgage advisor who was recommended by the Stratton team and I would also highly recommend using him.

GoogleWhat a very very rude company, you ring them leave your details on answer machine you even email them,and they don't even get back to you.and when you eventually speak to them on the telephone and they find your details they apologise to you, not good enough. Shan't be dealing with these cowboys again, and nore should you. Absolutely disgraceful.

Google!!!!BEWARE!!!! PREDATORY LETTING PRACTICES!!!!! S&C Estate Agent failed to disclose critical information on how the property was heated and ignored our requests for clarification which put my wife and child in a dangerous situation after we moved in. During the viewing there was a lot of inference regarding how the heating situation worked and the Estate Agent did absolutely nothing to correct it or speak to the statements we were saying. We discovered critical information after-the-fact when speaking with the Landlord that would have affected our decision to rent the property (which we suspect They knew). The Landlord stated he’s even informed the Estate Agency of these facts which were not related to us and were left with nothing but pictures and a draw-your-own-conclusion Viewing. When asking the Agent questions it was all, “Oh I’m not sure,” and, “I’ll get back to you on that”… they never wrote anything down and then left the company shortly after so no evidence. Going through their in-house “Investigation” procedure done by the parent company, Countrywide, was nothing more than a farcical, legal side-step (‘we found nothing wrong’). BEWARE!!!

GoogleThe girls at Liskeard's branch of Stratton and Creber were all very professional, friendly and super helpful. My move did not go as smoothly as we first thought but that said we got there in the end and they virtually held my hand all the way through, we had lived in our house for almost 50 years and so had never gone through this selling process before and they made it almost pain free. We would definately recommend using their services.
