He was brilliant, he sprang into action with Charlotte's very able support. The property was let agreed FOUR DAYS later. Wow that's an amazing service. So a big thank you to them. Update 05/12/24 The tenants are now living in the property and have settled in well. We are very happy with how things are going. I cannot praise Stratton Creber, Liskeard, highly enough. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and efficient. Sue especially, was absolutely brilliant, in my view she went that "extra mile," and "above and beyond the call of duty." There were several extraneous issues and problems which had to be dealt with, some of which were not exactly within Sue's remit. However, she dealt with them, and got them resolved. Moving house is always very stressful. On occasions, I would have a "wobble," thinking that we'd never reach the point at which we are now. But, I was always reassured that we would get there, and sure enough, we have done. I cannot thank the team enough - Finn, Jamie, and especially Sue, for all that they have done. I would definitely recommend Stratton Creber. 😀 Thanks again, team.

After a very slow start with another estate agent, I swapped the sale of my late mum's house to Stratton Creber and I have to say that Stefan, Callum and the team have been brilliant. They really pushed the sale online and on the high street and it was a really short period before a buyer was found. They have stayed in complete contact all the way through the process, and have answered any queries I've had immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, emails and phone calls were returned promptly, he kept us up to date at every stage without having to ask, Jamie even called us out of curtesy to tell us he was going on leave for a week and advised who to contact in his absence should we need anything. We recently bought our first home via Stratton Creber - we had a few communication bumps initially, but Callum was a massive clog in our purchase. There were lots of little bumps in the road and Callum was extremely helpful at chasing and getting both solicitors to talk to eachother and keep the sale moving.
