I was recommended to Stratton and Creber with the view of letting full time, by another client of theirs. . Having the right letting agent is of paramount importance, both for the landlord and the tenant and I have I found the team (Bianca and Tereza) to be extremely helpful and efficient. First, they priced the property to attract buyers and a sale the first week it went on the market. Second, they worked closely with the lawyers to ensure the sale completed and third, they kept me informed of the status of the sale throughout the process.
