GoogleThank you for a friendly and professional service especially during this pandemic. From dropping by the Estate agent to ask about a valuation and making an appointment for Martin to view, was so easy. Follow up emails to confirm everything and the safest way for both the agent and myself in the house. I had no problem with opening all windows in house and Maximum of 2 people present. All door handles to be sterilised and masks worn by occupants of the house and Martin. An honest valuation of the house that does have some issues which affects the valuation. These were given to Martin verbally and were taking into consideration. Lauren has also been very helpful on the telephone /emails. I would certainly recommend Stratton Creber Estate Agents.

GoogleSometimes estate agents get a bad rap, but I think I can say without Martin and his team, Carla and Lauren, I’d still be waiting to exchange on my property just purchased. Throughout this process I’ve had a call most days from Martin with an update. Whenever I’ve called and they can’t talk they call back within the hour - highly responsive, and with good local knowledge. Martin has mediated with deftness and humour between us and the seller all the way - which has made buying a home during these stressful times a pleasure. Thank you peeps!

GoogleI have found the letting team to be very professional. They got a tenant for me very quickly and sorted all the requirements for the tenant and landlord very efficiently. They were also very friendly and responsive at all times. They took the hassle out of letting for me. I'd use them again.

GoogleAs weekly added costs escalated it became no longer viable to let my cottage on a holiday let basis. I was recommended to Stratton and Creber with the view of letting full time, by another client of theirs. . Having the right letting agent is of paramount importance, both for the landlord and the tenant and I have I found the team (Bianca and Tereza) to be extremely helpful and efficient. They have dealt with every aspect of the tenancy promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton and Creber. .

GoogleI used Stratton Creber Countrywide to sell my house in Cornwall and this was not your ordinary sale as I live in California. First, they priced the property to attract buyers and a sale the first week it went on the market. Second, they worked closely with the lawyers to ensure the sale completed and third, they kept me informed of the status of the sale throughout the process. Many thanks to Trevor and his staff for getting this sale completed from 5,000 miles away.
