GoogleWas mine and the wife’s first house buy. We were struggling with our solicitors and the house had been taking a while to go through as a result. We found that when Lauren took over our sale things started to move much quicker. She let nothing get in her way of pushing the sale through quickly and often contacted our solicitors for us to give them a nudge. Between her and Sue they made things much easier than we had previously been experiencing and we would fully recommend them to anyone! It was so easy to contact them and they answered straight away, we have been working with Lauren and Sue and I cannot fault their kindness, understanding and professionalism. They have been nothing but helpful and no question is too small to answer. We have been updated throughout every step of the process so far and I cannot thank them enough for bringing the excitement and enjoyment back into the process for our family which we had previously lost due to bad experiences. I would highly recommend everyone to work with Stratton Creber as you will receive a truly supportive, personable and seamless experience.

GoogleStratton Creber were a breath of fresh air in comparison to a lot of other agents we have dealt with in the past. From the start of our buying process, actually listening to us regarding the type of property we were after, to supporting us through the purchase process itself. Lauren-Jay was a total star and went above and beyond for us on an almost daily basis at one point - pretty sure we wouldn’t be moving into our new home for weeks yet if it wasn’t for her help! She really is a credit to them and I hope they know this!! Thank you so much for making a stressful time bearable :)

GoogleLooking at previous reviews I would endorse every word of praise. Our sale was a low value retirement home that was always going to be a difficult sell and at low fee, however Stefan and Karen kept on going, through the viewings, through the pandemic and then finally got the purchaser's solicitor to do their job. I've worked in commercial property for over 30 years and it is just so pleasing to find people that actually do their job and do it well. From the first moment I telephoned them in April 2021 to request property details in my budget, they have gone above and beyond to help me secure my new home during a particularly challenging time in my life. Once I found the house I wished to buy, at each step of the process, I was kept fully informed. They were so friendly and open to talk to and dealt with my queries quickly and professionally. They made the whole process as least stressful as possible. Stratton Creber Liskeard-Sue and Lauren- worked tirelessly , and went above and beyond the call of duty, to bring this transaction to a successful conclusion. Definitely recommended

GoogleI want to say without the help of Stratton and especially Lauren things would have not happened the way they did. Lauren was a hero throughout my mortgage and buying procedure. GoogleRubbish. They didn't turn up for the valuation. No contact made. 7 days later and 4 unanswered phone calls I still haven't heard from them! If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't go near them!!

GoogleFrom the initial contact , valuation viewing to completion of the sale every step was carried out in an extremely professional manner. Dealing with Stefan Palmer and other office staff could not have been any easier. Stefan in particular showed an excellent understanding of the current market and his advise was invaluable. All questions throughout the process were answered promptly and we were always kept update . Finally this sale was due to the death of my mother, and therefore a difficult process for me, therefore the manner in which Stefan dealt with the sale was greatly appreciated and made the whole process of selling less distressing. I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton Creber as Estate Agents.
